I love this 3 star property! I love the staff as they are very helpful and kind. I also love the patio, a good hang out for some wine in the evening after a tiring day. For the price, it is a good choice. Breakfast is also a good dig to start the day. They can improve though on the...

Located within a 5 min walk to the central train station and bus station. The room was fine but the only thing i was disappointed in was the wifi. It said there was wifi throughout the building that's why i booked it but when i got there it was only in the foyer. Everything else was fine

Hotel Lazio is close to the termini station so easy to get around Rome, rooms are kept clean and all staff are helpful and pleasant, breakfast consists of bread rolls, cereals, yogurts and fruit enough to fill you for your start to the busy day

Just come back after 5 nights in Rome. The hotel was very quiet and a good location to Termini Station. Rooms are cleaned every day. With new towels and sheets. Breakfast was just cold and the same every day. Staff was friendly and helped when needed. Internet only in the lobby. When ordering room beware of bed because ours were...

Hotel is in a fab location, 2 minute walk from Termini Station. Everywhere is within walking distance from the hotel, all the site and tourist attractions. The hotel has basic rooms but they are comfortable and clean and they do the job. Stayed here for a week in November and after been out sight seeing all day was only too...

Very good location, just next to Termini. Warm and clean rooms, every day cleaning services. There is hot water all day long. The breakfast is rich. There is no internet in the room, only in the lobby.

Great location near Termini station! Hotel is very basic and clean. Towels are changed every day. Hotel staff- extremly helpful and kind. The biggest problem is that there is no wi-fi in the rooms, just in the lobby, but we could live with that:)

Great location, right next to Termini Station and (if you're up for it) walking distance to pretty much all that is Rome. The rooms are small but clean and sufficient, and the staff was friendly. So-so breakfast and Wi-Fi unfortunately only available in the lobby.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
