The manager was extremely helpful and very friendly. We felt like we lived in Rome for a week. Their housekeeper was very nice and friendly and she made us feel very comfortable staying there, too. We also loved the neighborhood authentic (!) Italian restaurants which you hardly see "tourists." Even so, they have English menu and people speak English well....

Small, soulful hotel with an incredibly helpful hotel manager (Alessandro) that made our Rome trip unforgettable! We will definitely come back! Location is good and breakfast is served on the room. Area is safe and rather quiet!

A beautifully restored and maintained property this is well situated away from the masses and crowds that is Rome! Close by some pretty outstanding dining as well. Allessandro's quiet attention and willingness to help arrange transportation and reservations was simply outstanding. Recommend that you accept his gracious offer to arrange shuttle transport to and from the airport--priceless. His anticipation of...

Enjoyed the stay inside a magnificent home. Alex met us at the gate even with the lateness of the hour when we arrived. The stay provided a "Real Life" roman experience. The walk from the subway/train was not a strain, though a few blocks. The neighborhood felt safe and relatively clean. The last night in town we walked to dinner...

Great location. Lovely to be just a bit outside all the fray of a busy and touristy city, but still so conveniently located. Very quick train ride to all of the sites. The building itself has an interesting history and is very pretty and comfortable. Extremely clean. Updated bathroom. Classy, vintage bedroom. Alessandro, Elena, and all of the staff are...

All my experience matched expectation. The hotel description is accurate, service is above what you would expect from a small place like Suite Oriani. Give a try to nearby Chez Cocò, highly recommended.

Every fantastic review was spot on! Perfect . Loved the area . Great restaurants nearby . Stayed four nights and sorry to have to leave. Nicest people ....so helpful. So easy to have driver pickup from airport, esp since we arrived at night . On top of all this, the price is unbelievable !

mainly provided by the warm and charming ambience and the very pleasing and gentle service of the suite oriani, even by the site as well as by the owners and the staff. No matter if support in case of laundry issues nor in extra breakfast times was demanded. Everything was done in a charming gentle and very pleasent way. To...

This is a lovely home. Think more AirBNB than hotel. The owner is very personable and helpful. My husband and I only spent 2 nights as we passed through Roma. The location is quiet. The metro and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. You choose your breakfast time when you check in...

This is a great hotel because it is small, quiet and personal. (Only 5 rooms) The room was very well appointed, you get a good breakfast in the room, which is brought at a time of you choosing. It is a former embassy and highly secure in a residential area. The Metro is nearby with one stop to the centre...

Staying in Parioli

Neighbourhood Profile
Parioli
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavour of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
