We have stayed here twice on a previous trip and three times on this trip and for very good reasons. The location is hard to beat. 5 minutes easy stroll to the Spanish Steps (literally just up the street), likewise 5 minutes stroll to Trevi Fountain (tip...take a 6am stroll and you'll have Trevi to yourself and avoid the crush...

Eva's Rooms is a guest house, not a hotel - you get pretty much the same sort of thing, except there is no dining room or other hotel facilities. Breakfast is served in your room, which is fine as the rooms are pretty good! If location is everything, Eva's Rooms are in the right place! Right by Spanish Steps, a...

Totally recommend this hotel. 100 meters from Spanish steps. Very close and central from Metro & hop on hop off bus. No signage outside the rooms so watch for street numbers carefully as 31 is next to 32. Rooms really comfortable, with heat pump and good amenities. Staff supplied us with early breakfast in our room as we were leaving....

Stayed for 5 nights with a friend. As everyone says, the location is excellent . Within walking distance of most places and close to hop on/off bus stop which we used a lot. The staff were very pleasant even when they didn’t speak English. The only fault in the room ( a wonky shower door) was mended quickly. The room...

The location was so central that we were able to walk everywhere but the Vatican. The room was a different experience because you get a key to your room, and two different gates. However, it did give us a sense of security. The rooms were older style but we didn't mind because we were out and about most of the...

Guest house with at least a 3.5 star standard. Room was large, in strategic location. Very clean. Highly recommended. The only con was perhaps the air-conditioning, which was not icy cold enough for us.

Very good location, you can visit old Rome on foot . Very clean rooms. Nice staff. Thank you Nicolas for all the help and information. They serve breakfast in room, which was a good choice for me. Only if they can serve breakfast earlier if you have a visiting schedule.I definitely recommend this hotel for it's good value for price.

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighbourhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (21:00), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
