The reviews of this place on internet are pretty good, so we were surprised after arrival to the location. Very dirty gate to the inner patio, surrounded by rubbish boxes. It does not looked appealing. There was no lift from the ground floor. Furthermore even...More

I was extremely disappointed in La Casa Di Amy.
Of the 4 hotels I stay at during a recent trip to Italy and for which I paid around the same nightly rate. This is the only one that did not live up to promises.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

Dear deSalvato thank you for taking interest on our Guesthouse. Our facility is build up in apartments in which we have our rooms. All the rooms have private bathrooms and they are all secure. The guests will hold on to the 3 keys (the one for the main entrance, the apartment one and the private room). Lucky for us over 10 years no stealing occurred before. Hope this helps, have a good day!
