Staffs are so friendly and nice. About question , they answered quickly in e-mails so it helped me a lot.
I odered bigger room and paid that money(20m2 but it was 14 m2 i think) but it was small room I think.
Breakfast is always something different so even if you stay longer, you cannot get bored. :)

From Termini station to the hotel 2 blocks walk (within 5 mins) and more 2 blocks away, there is a supermarket which opens 7am-9pm. Convenient !

We stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate my 40th birthday. Yuri was a great host, he even remembered it was my birthday the day after we checked in, wishing me a happy birthday when he saw me. He was very helpful it telling us how to get places, he even recommended places to go to eat near the Vatican and the Colleseum. He always had a smile. The hotel is in a great location for sight seeing, the colleseum and the trevi fountain only a 20 minute walk away and the Vatican a 25 min subway ride. There was a nice touch of disposable slippers in the room, plenty of biscuits crisps and snacks. The apartments are cosy, the bed was comfy, the doors into the apartments are quite loud when being closed. We would stay here again if we came back to Rome. T

Spent 5 nights here as a couple visiting Rome. The host was fantastic, always there for advice and direction when needed. Located 10 minutes from the train station and 20 minutes from Trevi Fountain. The bus network is reliable and we managed to get round all the sights by walking or local bus routes from the hotel. The hotel itself was clean, secure, daily maid service and air con which helped in such hot heat. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay

My first time come to Rome. I have not idea where I have to stay. So, I just decided to find a hotel or guest house near Rome Termini train station. I just walk and find this hostel, and ask if they're still have available room for me. Miky the host very friendly, helping and gives me all information that I need. The hotel location is near from train station and and tourist area you just need to walk about 20-30min. Room was very clean, and complete ! they are serve more than enough, I can say. During my checkout I meet Yuri he is very kind and cheerful man. Their parents very kind. I can say this family business is in the right hands.

On the fly and at the last moment I find a place to sleep near Rome Termini. Double room for single use 184 euros. without breakfast found on Booking. An improved quality/price ratio. A very small and impressive reception...! The rooms are located on the various floors in the next door. The guy who manages everything has always been attentive and kind. Room on the third floor. Heroes' elevator. Almost entirely covered inside in cardboard. Secondary door for the various accommodations. Nice room. Small but clean. Really narrow bathroom, shower even narrower. Good sponges and accessories. The gift in the room which includes water, a soft drink and a bottle of prosecco and chips is pleasant and more than welcome. Even though it is on the third floor, the noise from the street, rooms and night cleaning is really exaggerated. For a hit and run it's great, I would think about it for several days.

Fabulous hotel. The photos are absolutely real, the rooms are spacious, include electric tea and coffee maker, the cleaning is excellent, its location is very good, it is 200 meters from one of the exits of Termini. Note apart deserves the attention of the family owner, not only is friendly is cordial to the extreme, they are pending any queries or help.
Within the 200 m radius there are several restaurants, pizzerias, pasticherias and two supermarkets, so it is impossible not to find what one may need.
Highly recommended hotel in Rome and at a very comfortable price

I can’t recommend this place too highly. The location is fantastic, 20 minutes walk downhill to the sights, 5 minutes round the corner don’t miss Santa Maria Maggiore, go inside - it’s worth it. The rooms are really comfortable, but it’s the people who make this place. You will never receive such a warm welcome at a “chain” hotel, just such a lovely family. Thanks Yuri, Miky, and especially my friend Elio and Lilla. See you soon we hope.

I stayed for two nights with my young son. I was so pleased with the location, as it was just a short walk from the main train station. We also walked to the collessum. The hop on hop off bus stop was also round the corner.
The room was gorgeous with a very comfy bed, plenty of space and a lovely high stone ceiling. It was perfectly clean.
The reception is a little room off the pavement and then you are led through a large set of doors to a larger open area with a lovely glass feature and a tiny water feature with turtles. You then take the stairs or lift to your apartment/room.
We got the questionable lift with our suitcase when we arrived, but took the stairs the rest of the time.
Mikey on reception was great. He gave us a map and gave us tips on where to go. He also helped with sorting a taxi! His restaurant recommendation was superb - the restaurant opposite was the best meal we had on our holiday.
When we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage in the room, and then collected it at 4pm.
The stay was exceptional for the money, feeling of safety, location and friendliness. I was tempted by the hotels with a restaurant and bar, but we wouldn't have used it anyway so this was the perfect fit for us, and amazing value right in the centre of Rome.

My room was comfortable and clean. The host is very friendly, nice and helpful. The room is small with a single bed, with a window. It has all the amenities of a big hotel. It’s very close to the train station and is also walking distance to many food and drink places as well as sightseeing /local attractions. Recommended!

I booked your hotel from booking last year and have already stayed during my trip on June 17th to 20th last year, but booking does not have your mailbox, so I want to send you a separate letter. I found a lot of websites, maybe only write here to send message to you, here is the content of the letter: I am your Chinese friend. I went to Rome last year and stayed in your hotel room. I will always remember the super good location provided by your room. You can quickly reach every place in the city. My wife and I were treated like friends. The owner lady is very friendly and solves all our problems in the fastest and most sincere way. This year, China was the first to suffer a severe epidemic, especially Wuhan City, Hubei Province. It is difficult to imagine how severe the locals have been. The outbreak in China has not been effectively contained until recently, but unfortunately the outbreak has spread globally. Now, I see a lot of reports that the new coronavirus has spread widely in Europe. I know how hard the epidemic will cause to your country and people, and I feel very frustrated and sad. The original God blessed your country to get rid of this epidemic faster. The purpose of writing this letter is to even give you a little more strength and courage to fight this sudden epidemic. In my opinion, during the outbreak of propaganda in China, there are some effective measures to effectively isolate the spread and harm of the virus. For example, the following simple but very effective methods: Wash your hands frequently, wear a mask when going out, be careful not to gather, and maintain effective safety with others Distance, etc. I wish you a pleasant stay in your country at an early date. Sincerely hope that you, your family and friends will stay healthy. The beauty of Italy is unparalleled, and I will definitely go to Italy for a holiday in the future. The epidemic will eventually pass, and all beautiful things will be doubled back. Hopefully by mid-summer, Rome will become even more beautiful. The entire world will not be isolated from each other because of the epidemic, but will be more closely linked because of the epidemic. Let us fight together, my friends far away! You most sincerely

Dear deSalvato thank you for taking interest on our Guesthouse. Our facility is build up in apartments in which we have our rooms. All the rooms have private bathrooms and they are all secure. The guests will hold on to the 3 keys (the one for the main entrance, the apartment one and the private room). Lucky for us over 10 years no stealing occurred before. Hope this helps, have a good day!
