I stayed in Hotel Aristotele with my wife and daughter. The room as well as the bathroom were nice and clean, and the couple that run the business, Maouro and Cynthia, are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory and generous. The hotel is five minutes walk from Stazione Termini, a very stategic point for your visit to any direction. I'd happilly...

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Roma Termini and in a building containing a few other hotels. We took the lift to the second floor (for reception) and rang the bell. The owner seemed a bit confused when he opened the door - almost as if he wasn't expecting anyone - but we were soon made welcome...

Great hotel for the price. Best attribute is the location to Termini. Wifi worked on my phone but not my laptop for some reason - might be my laptop's fault. Guy was nice. A/C helped a lot in a hot summer day.

Stayed in Aristotele Hotel for a week with my mother. The room was very small and not very clean, furnitures are very old, bathroom dirty and old, toilet very noisy when flashing. Location excellent, neighborhood quiet, lift wasn't working always. Breakfast ok but the same every day. The owner was kind and helpful and generally we had a nice stay...

Just returned from a 4-day stay at the Aristotele. Well, for the price you pay you get everything you need. Great location, just a few steps from the Termini station and the center of Rome with all its important sights is literally within walking distance. We took the underground just once to visit the Vatican. Everything else is quite nearby...

Simple hotel, but clean, close to termini train sation and metro...its a great place if you like to walk arround rome by foot. We stayed for 4 days and we enjoyed it. The breakfast on the other hand is verry poor.just croissant and 1 piece of bread per person, nutella, jam and cappucinno. Another down fall is the shower, either...

Perhaps the best aspect of this hotel is it's location! Being only a couple hundred metres from the main Termini station in Rome, all the attractions you need are pretty much on your doorstep as with the underground system. Additionally there are a number of attractions within walking distance including the national museums, Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. Also,...

My girlfriend and I stayed in this Hotel over the Easter weekend 2013. We had a very pleasent time. The hotel is in a great location right next to the main train station Termini, which also has a Metro station, so very easy to get around. It is 2 stops to the Colloseum and 6 stops to the Vatican...so pretty...

Close to termini station. They offer free breakfast. The woman at the front didn't speak any English, so we had a little bit of a struggle, but we made it work. It was okay for one night and close to some really good food. From Termini, go down Via Milazzo and make a left on Via Palestro. It's on the...

Hotel is good. If the cleaning is important for you, hotel rooms are too much clean. The woman who is responsible for cleaning and breakfast is has a smily face but no english:) But while serving breakfast and cleaning the dishes she is could be little more calm. Breakfast is poor( (Croissant;bread, fruit yogurt, nutella, butter, coffee, fruit juice). Our room is too small but...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
