Despite the airline canceling our flight and forcing us to travel for 42 hours straight we ended up having the most magical experience in Rome. The location and rooms were just lovely and the staff was happy to guide us to all that the city had t offer. We will be back soon! Simply devine. Would recommend this hotel to...

What a hotel! This is the most wonderful hotel experience we have ever had. We loved every second of our stay, from the warm welcome, exquisite suite, the most amazing personal service, the complementary iPad, the beautiful view, the insanely good breakfast on the rooftop, the wonderful daily treats, the perfect bed with our choice of pillows and linnen! And...

Amazing location in the heart of Rome's shopping district. Just a couple of minutes from the Spanish steps and from great stores and restaurants. The terrace is fantastic with 360 views of Rome and a lot of space. The rooms are designed with the modern traveller in mind. Just love this gem.

If people make the difference, this hotel has it in spades. Small, incredibly warm and friendly and not at all over the top, these folks make any stay absolutely memorable. Only 14 rooms and decorated in a modern sophisticated style this has now become one hotel we would return to, just for the hotel ... forget Rome. We've never experienced...

We stayed here on a four day trip to Rome with children. The staff at the beautiful Portrait Roma could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped but the main thing was the little touches that meant so much. So, the questionnaire on arrival asking for favourite drinks, preferred bed...

The location is one of the best in Rome. At the bottom of the Spanish Steps about one block up above the Farragamo Men Store. If it is your first time in Rome you may have a hard time finding it, the building at the time of my stay had no sign for the Hotel as they had only been...

Rooms are gorgeous and very well kept. I was very surprised to find out the hotel had been around for 10 years cause the maintenance was so well done. Rooms are modern, clean, and very spacious. Location is excellent as it is located within walkable distance to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. The hotel quickly became our "home"...

Portrait Roma is a beautiful small boutique hotel just off Via Condotti and two blocks from the Spanish Steps. It has the feel of a private home. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful and will do anything to help make your stay more pleasant. The location, service, rooms are all perfect. I simply cannot recommend this hotel more highly.

Not much to add to the other rave reviews that have shared here. The hotel is lovely and extremely classy. The suite was large with a downstairs bathroom and sauna. The terrace is great for breakfast. It's the location and service that set it apart however. We stayed at the location in Florence the following two nights, and while it...
