The Opera Hotel is a friendly hotel where staff try to make your stay in Rome enjoyable. It is an excellent place for families and the breakfast provided is to be recommended. The staff are prepared to advise you of places to visit and good places to eat. It has a good location to access most areas of the City.

We stayed four nights in the Opera Hotel, which is near to the train station and subway and provided a great location for exploring Rome. We stayed in a 'superior' room and everything was updated and worked well, the bed was comfortable. The friends we were travelling with stayed on a different floor and had some issues with wifi, but...

Booked suite with terrace (recommend), many evenings spent sipping wine and watching the world go by. Very comfy bed, excellent on-suite, superb air-conditioning. Great staff. Loved it. Love Rome, can't wait to go back.

Me and my partner stayed here for a long weekend, very friendly staff more than helpful. Rooms are standard and clean as are the bathrooms. Breakfast is nice standard continental breakfast with friendly service staff, the location of the breakfast is amazing on the rooftop patio. Great location from all attractions and tour buses / train station / taxi bases....

We stayed here as it looked clean and was cheap....we definitely got a bargain! The location was great, not far from a metro connecting to all major sights and on a main shopping street with plenty of restaurants, cafés etc. The guy behind reception was very friendly, showing us where to go each day, marking our routes on maps, and...

This nice and friendly hotel is situated near the Station, but you can easliy walk to the center with its main attractions. So it is the perfect location for a City trip. Breakfast will be served on the roof terrace with an amazing view over the city. The rooms to the Via Nationale are quiet loud but with closed windows...

i would not recommend staying at the Opera Hotel for theses reasons: 1. Steep stairs to reception. No offer of help from staff with bags. 2. Couldn't give us a access key to the room for about 3 hours. (Room left unlocked) 3. Noisy. If a door elsewhere in the hotel closed it sounded loud inside our room. 4. Renovations were...

A convenient and comfortable hotel but with a somewhat odd feel. When we arrived the receptionist could not understand a word of english. We also had a tap on the door at 8am on the first morning by the breakfast lady and she persisted to talk to us in italian even though we repeatedly told her we don't understand. When...

Our 3 night girls getaway started off on the wrong foot. Upon arrival for check in, we were told our room had flooded and they had to send us over to another hotel for our first night. Miraculously, our flooding would be fixed and dried out the very next day? I'm thinking they over booked the hotel and sent us...
