I would recommend & I would come back anytime! Excellent customer service, the rooms are relatively moderne and they are CLEAN <3 (my most important criteria). It's 45 minutes from the airport BUT it's well located in the city for tourists. Furthermore, the staff are good at giving directions and helping with planing. Good quality/price. 5/5

I've stayed here twice (May and July 0216) and have to say I loved it. It's a budget hotel and as a solo traveller I felt really safe. It's basic but very clean, with TV and fridge in each room. There is a bit of a steel of food from when dinner is cooked but with the window open that...

I stayed at Hotel Versailles April 11-21. I knew that it was a budget hotel but I guess from all of the good reviews, I expected more. I had reserved through Hotels.com and had paid in full minus the City tax for a single room with private external bathroom. When I arrived I explained to Roberto (I think that was...

This hotel is divided into one side apartments, the other hotel. When you enter large wodden doors from the street, there is a desk with no one present. No instructions as to receptionist. Someone came out from apartment and told us to go up severeal steps and take the lift; and old fashioned cage type lift to 1st floor. There...

Hello! Hotel Versailles thanks you for the preference! We just like to poin out few things, the building where the hotel is located is not diveded in two sides and one side is dedicated to the hotel. The building is an ancient building (1878) and it's like the 75% of the hotels in Rome or Venice or Florence, part of...

Don't book a room at Hotel Versailles, unless you want to risk paying double! I stayed there one night in late April. This hotel charged my credit card once when I booked online and again after I actually stayed there. They quickly admitted their mistake by email and promised to refund the second charge, but never did. More than five...

We arrived at the hotel after organising a taxi transfer woth them that cost €48 the bust costs €6 each. I had ordered a bottle of champagne to be chilled in the room on arrival as it was our wedding anniversary, after checking in and speaking to a lovely gentleman who gave us tips about rome we opened the door...no...

We loved this hotel. As mentioned in other reviews - staff were friendly and helpful on check in with a quick guide of the local area, including handy bus routes for sight seeing. The room was perfect for us - we faced the street but heard hardly any street noise. We also enjoyed this section of Rome - found both...

We stayed at the hotel in September 2016 for 6 nights and have to give 5 stars for: - uncomplicated process with check-in and use of the room early in the morning (regularly it's possible to check in at 11.30 a.m. but we could start the day at 9 a.m.) Thank you for that - very kind receptionist who gives...

Loved this hotel! Clean rooms and very friendly staff, the manager took the time to explain the bus/metro-network and to give tips on where to eat etc. You get exactly what the pictures show. It's also located in a great area: bus and metro stops close by, walking distance to most major attractions, lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the...

We had a pleasant stay, the room was bigger than the average in Rome and the cleaning service was very good. The staff was very helpful with directions and they prepared a list with buses for the main attractions around the city. They were kind enough to suggest us good places to eat in the area.
