You get what you pay for at this beautiful boutique hotel - great service, friendly atmosphere and excellent accommodation. Relais Palazzo Taverna is tucked away in a quaint alleyway, right smack in the middle of the historic center of Rome. Everything is in walking distance!...More
This hotel is not cheap, but the location in the Centro Storico, up a quiet alley not far from Piazza Navona, is near-perfect. Rooms were comfortable, the large breakfast is delivered to your room (there being no breakfast area) and staff were polite and helpful....More
The Palazzo Taverna's location is superb. Very close to some of the most important sites in Rome (the Vatican, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo di Fiori and others). The hotel itself is very chic and modern, the same with the decor. Very, very clean and quiet....More
My wife and i stayed here for two nights during June 2010, we arrived at Fiumicino airport on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted by our driver which was pre arranged with the hotel. The drive to the hotel was certainly an experience for us...More
We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, spacious and clean room with breakfast served directly to your room. All main attractions are within walking distance. Warmly recommended and will return again.
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighbourhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa
drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.
