We were steps away from everything we wanted to visit in Rome, with the perfect setting, hidden behind a simple door in a tiny street. The room was comfortable and beautiful, the breakfast they delivered to the room each morning was just a nice way to start the day.

The position of the B&B is very good. Our room was very little and had an extern but private bathroom, it was a bit strange but for 2 nights not a problem. The breakfast was ok, but one day some bread slice was moldy and after we reported it the staff immediately replaced the moldy bread slice. The staff cleaned...

This was a great location. We could walk everywhere. It was clean, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and we got directions and help in where to go after we landed at the airport. I will stay there again.

The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of several major attractions and excellent food options. It was a quiet area, perfect for a good nights sleep to recharge for the next day. Everything was very clean and well kept. The only issue we had with the room was with the shower. It didn't drain well so you were...

It's a great location but a bit of a lonely experience for my liking. It's not really a B&B, it's an apartment in a building with a few rooms. And although it isnt a problem it was a surprise. There's the smallest hotel sign outside so it's hard to find. We enjoyed our stay but only saw the cleaner/breakfast cook...

Baldassini B&B was a great place to stop for the night in Rome. It was very clean, centrally located and a good value for the price. We only stayed one night but it was perfect. We had to leave early so the owner came in early to prepare a simple yet delicious Italian breakfast for us. The front room can...

After making reservations weeks in advance, we received an email on the morning of our arrival (and just as we were getting on the train to Rome), letting us know that they were unable to accommodate us for that night. They suggested another B&B but it was across the river and not in a desirable location. We arrived in Rome...

In early October, my wife and I arrived in Rome from Florence, not realizing that Baldassini B&B is located virtually halfway between the Vatican and the Coliseum. Thus, we were able to walk with ease to many of the major sites in Rome. Francesco, the owner/manager, met us on arrival and got us settled in, and he patiently answered all...

We arrived late at night (9 PM) but had arranged by email with the owner on how to get into B&B. He left a key for us and codes to get in. This B&B is located in a building with other flats. There are three guestrooms, all en-uite. The front desk is simply a desk in the hallway. We picked...

This first floor, old style, poor serviced apartments pretend to be a nice and expensive B&B in the city center. False. The rooms are poor, clean but poor. TV and Wi-Fi badly work, no amenities and a uncomfortably bathroom gave me the idea that this accomodation should not be listed in websites' offers.
