We stayed here two nights. The first night there was problem with the aircon so they upgraded us to a bigger room. Staff was helpful on the issue though. Breakfast was included and the service from reception and food corner was excellent Location right next to Tuscolana train station and is just 5 mins walk from metro station. Recommend!

This experience was our first time in Italy. The personnel at the reception are incredibly nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is walking distance from Metro station "Ponte di Lugo" line A, which takes you to "Termini" which is like "Grand Central" in NYC.
