But not an hotel, not an hostel, simply a ensuite room! However has a good location and you have a kitchen with a fridge and a microwave! Nevertheless if we had a living room it would be a little bit better!

++ Location : very central located + Staff: very supportive and friendly. Haven't seen them often + Room: fridge available, small TV as well. You can use bigger fridge in the kitchen if necessary. Bed comfortable. Please consider, that the rooms are very small. But you are not renting a luxury class hotel. For us it was very nice to...

We had a warm welcome by Andrea the owner of the guesthouse. Our room en bathroom were clean. The bed was big and comfy. The location was excellent! Nice and safe neigborhood. It was just a 3 minute walk to the Forum Romanum. The wifi could have been better. You need to pay 3 euros for very slow internet. Overall...

Great location close to the colosseum and some lovely shops and places to eat on the doorstep. Not to far from the termini although we chose to walk everywhere We walked back from the vatican which will take you around 45 minutes and its very tiring but very very beautiful. Excellent staff! So friendly and helpful and very willing to...

The location was great. Everything was within walking distance and the Colosseo was just around the corner. It was also really safe. The room was ample and the beds quite comfortable. The heat worked really well. They cleaned our room every morning. There was shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, and other utilities, as well as a hairdryer to the disposition of the...

Easy walk from the station, we paid for a taxi and we were embarrassed how close it was, still a walk though, so if you have a lot of luggage, taxi is better. The location was perfect very close to the Coliseum, 2 minutes walk and also to the main sites of Rome. Excellent value for money and safe and...

Excellent location right in the centre of Rome! So close to the Roman forum and the Colosseum and about a 15 minute walk from the termini. Basic accommodation and great value for money! There is also a shared kitchen.

Visited here with my boyfriend recently, San Daniele Bundi was easy to find, in a fantastic location. We were 2 minutes from the Colosseum and the Forum and the subway, as well as being within walking distance from all the top sites! We arrived late afternoon, and met the host, who showed us our room and gave us the three...

This is a perfect place if you are going to party all night long. Its central location (5 min walking to Colosseum) makes it a wonderful starting point for city tours and “food tours”. So if you are not planning to come home before midnight it is exactly what you are looking for. The drawback is noise. It is impossible...
