Mother and daughter trip to Europe and we read all the great reviews on TripAdvisor and decided to book this hotel. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed and like the staff was bending over to accommodate for us. Our flight got in at 8:00am and they had a room already ready. Location is perfect, you...

If you are looking for a quiet place in Rome in the middle of shopping, this is it. Great service! Rooms are small--- but you are near the Spanish Steps! Great staff! Look for the green door near Dolce Gabana.

I stayed in this hotel 4 years ago and had a wonderful experience. Based on that and the continued good reviews on Tripadvisor, I booked 4 nights in August 2014. While the staff were receptive to our concerns, the hotel has really deteriorated. The first room we stayed in had so much black mold and dust that we could not...

Much of your experience and rating of this hotel is going to depend a great deal on your expectations. The GREAT thing about this hotel is location. You are in the center of Rome with a view of the Spanish Steps right out your window. If you are a people watcher this is the place for you. There are countless...

Awesome small hotel in Rome directly on the Spanish steps. Townhouse where the 4th floor is a hotel. Tiny but very charming old school elevator , room for 2 people , but if you have luggage you can only fit 1 person at a time. Very friendly & helpful staff! They emailed me asking what time we expected to arrive...

I stayed here as a solo traveller for 6 nights. As mentioned, the hotel is in an excellent location. My room overlooked the Spanish steps so you couldn't ask for a better view whilst eating breakfast. It did take me a little while to find the hotel however as there is no signage, just the number of the building to...

This hotel is right next to the Spanish steps in Rome. The room we got, had a good view of the Spanish steps and looked really nice in the late night after the crowds had moved on and the lights were turned on! The hotel is right next to the Metro station Spagna on the red(Orange) line. The hotel room...

I was here with my mother in May 2012. Pleasant hotel with a beautiful location. It took us a long time to find the hotel on the Piazza. We had mentioned that we were going to check in late, so we waited a while outside. After a few minutes we finally could reach someone to open the door for us....

If you are looking for an exceptional value and an exceptional location, this hotel has it all. Incredible view (all rooms look out over the steps) and very clean rooms. My wife and. I stayed here for three nights and at the end of the day we loved "people watching" from our room's window. If, I mean, when we return,...
