My wife and I have just returned from a 4 nights stay at this B&B. We picked it for it's location and we were not disappointed. Sitting on top of a period building adjoining the Steps, it has many original features, which added to it's appeal. On arrival, the friendly receptionist showed us to our room and explained that she...

My husband and I were touring Italy and recently stayed at this B&B for two nights. This B&B is on the top floor of a building right off the Spanish Steps, we had an excellent view of the steps. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small (to be expected) but it only had a half glass door,...

Had a room overlooking the Spanish Steps. Good clean accommodation. Wifi worked well in our room behind reception. Location was perfect for exploring all of Rome's sites. Metro stop is 2 mins walk away. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Location and view here are impossible to beat: all rooms look out directly onto the Spanish Steps. The hotel is a two-minute walk from the Spagna metro station and a ten-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. We were very happy with the you're-grownups, left-alone vibe (the front desk is unstaffed a lot of the time and it can feel like...

i choose that hotel for the view and this is the only thing that was good. the room was ''not bad'' . there was a problem with wi-fi , the connection was possible at the reception but not in the room. breakfast was low budget but the price wasn't. my opinion is that s not a value for money choice...

It was difficult to pick a hotel from the hundreds available in Rome. In the end, we selected the Piazza di Spagna View based the positive reviews, it's central location and the proximity to many attractions. We requested a view of the Spanish Steps and were not disappointed - the view is absolutely STUNNING!! You will never forget it. Every...

If you want to be in a great location then this is the place for you. This property is located at the spanish steps and close to all the designer shops and main attractions. The rooms are of an average size and all overlook the steps. The breakfasts are basic but are adequate. They consist of coffee or tea, pastries...

It is the most central hotel in Rome!! You can see the Spanish steps from your balcony while you eat your breakfast inside your room! Very friendly staff and nice rooms. It was a little bit difficult to find it at the beggining. So pay attention because there is no any sign neither in the building nor inside the entrance...

This a lovely hotel, ideally positioned next to the Spanish Steps in Rome. The location is perfect for tourists and the rooms overlook the famous Spanish Steps. The rooms are clean, with bathroom and shower, but there are no kettles in the room. It has a fridge though. The breakfast is the same though, brought to your room everyday at...

Perfect location for visiting Rome. Right overlooking the Spanish Steps in a wonderful neighbourhood of cafes, restaurants and designer stores. Unpretentious little hotel of six rooms occupying one floor of a building on the plaza. Nice staff. Nice stay.
