The location to Marconi Metro was helpful; the hotel clean and they offered free wi-fi, but they were the only good points. The staff looked bored and appeared disinterested. We tried to spend as little time in the hotel as possible. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel was not what I expected based on it's 4 star rating, the pictures on their website and the cost (yes, I know Rome is expensive). First, our room smelled like sewage everytime we walked into the room. Second, the bathroom is smaller than a closet (but it looks much bigger in the pictures I saw on the website)....

As soon as we arrived we were given a warm welcome, and made sure that our room was ready. Our room was GORGEOUS! Well decorated, cute little bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The view from the windows aren't amazing, but that didn't bother us. Infact we quite liked watching the locals passing! and despite traffic going past the hotel...

Average hotel. Staff are awkward and unwelcoming. The room was ok. Not especially clean but was not terrible. I would not stay there again due to the staff. The location is quite good as its right next to the station, however the hotel is situated on the main road so the view isn't much. When we arrived at the hotel...

If you want a enjoyable trip at Rome choose this hotel. Its so near to Marconi Metro Station and the decoration of the hotel is mind blowing. The best thing about this hotel is all the staffs are so helpful. We had some problems with our luggage and Ruhel (he was in the reception when we checked in) he helped...

The hotel - very much like Barcelona in style, but best of all they captured the same relaxed feeling in the lounge bar. Everything was very clean and generous. Breakfast was very good. Our rooms on both occasions were very comfortable. The staff - as I said, they were very helpful with all our needs and questions. The area -...

We stayed in The Pulitzer Hotel for 5 Nights during December 2010. An easy 15-20 minute ride with the Metro from the Termini station gets you to the Marconi station nearby the Hotel and its 2minute walk from the station to the Hotel. It may not be in the city centre but the location is not a hassle when exploring....

We really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is not in the very center located, but it doesn't matter because it's almost right next to the subway station Marcone which is just 4 stations away from Collosseum. The hotel has very nice interieur, nice English speaking staff, bathroom is nice and it's clean in general. I would like to point...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Hotel Pulitzer has 83 double rooms including 1 junior suite. The style is chic & glamour due to the use of luxury materials and finishes, starting from the flooring in Wenge coloured wood that matches the colour of the fabrics and furnishings ranging from white to black, and taking in shades of brown to create a warm, welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The bathrooms of the rooms are a modern interpretation of the 1920s New York style using small ceramic tiles, in this case in black, which go well with the Wenge wood flooring and the contemporary style sanitary fixtures. ... more   less
