This hotel is a bit of a contradiction. I need to be honest and say we were quite disappointed on first impressions. It's very central but down a side street that feels a bit rundown/seedy. The hotel itself and décor are VERY dated. Don't expect a modern hotel or even slightly modern!! Our room was tiny - more like a...

Stayed 3 nights in October as a couple. Hotel has 24 hour reception which was handy due to late arrival. Friendly and helpful staff which gave a family feel to the place. Ideally located - right in the heart of Bologna so within easy walking distance of all things central. Rooms had all the basics if a little bit small:...

Hotel Paradise is tucked away in the back streets so really peaceful, but only a couple of minutes walk from the main shopping and sight-seeing area. Lovely room (306) bigger than an average single, which was nice. Comfy bed, neat en suite, good breakfast and absolutely delightful staff (all speaking good English). Wifi in room not good but absolutely fine...

Stayed for 3 nights. What a lovely, friendly hotel located very close to the city centre. The staff were very helpful giving lots of tips of where to go. Rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice, cereals, pasties, meat, cheese etc. Would stay here again.

Stayed in a single room for 1 night during business travel. The hotel is very convenient for walking around central Bologna. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and simple but nice. If you want something clean, safe, and very friendly for a reasonable price this is your place. Can't say enough good things about the staff. They are so friendly and...

We just stayed for 5 nights at this central Bologna hotel and wouldn't hesitate returning. Comfortable, clean room, large bed, good choice at breakfast, well located and staff so cheerful, helpful and friendly. We made a good choice staying here and Bologna is a delightful, vibrant city well worth a visit.

I stayed in one of Paradise's cheap and cheerful single rooms. It was a small room but ticked all the boxes for what I needed as lone traveller. It has an adequate bed, clean bathroom, mini bar and a TV. You wouldn't want to entertain guests in this room, but that's not what I was there for. The hotel is...
