Hotel was very very dated. Room was smelly, wallpaper peeling and carpet was so sticky we had to walk around with shoes or slippers on so we didn't catch anything. Constantly felt like we were being bitten by dust mites. Smallest shower in the world. Complained to staff about our room and they tried to help by offering us the... More

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of European holiday. This is not a 3 star hotel. Lobby ok and easy check in. Fantastic location. Easy 10 min walk from train station and tourist centre. In the heart of main shopping and restaurant district. Good breakfast in the morning. Good coffee. Other than that the rooms were terrible. Tiny rooms... More

The location is nice but the hotel room was so smelly I had to sleep with my windows open all night long. Where the wallpapers were coming off of the walls you could see the mold underneeth and there were big brown moisture stains on the sealing.

Inexpensive hotel. Great spot on via l'Indepenzia - 5 mins walk from Piazzo Maggorie. Clean but tired decor and grotty needs updating. Staff nice enough despite my terrible Italian. No info in the room except laundry sheet. Thank goodness the shower was hot and the air con worked. Breakfast offer was ok but pretty poor considering the region's fame for... More

We stayed here here two nights. The hotel was we thought just a bit far to walk from the station, and so we spent 6 euro getting there by taxi and later getting back to the station. However it is an easy walk from the main piazza and there are many restaurants around. Our room was tiny, with a king... More

We stayed at the hotel Regina for 3 nights. Positive is the very central location and the quietness of the room. The rooms definitely need some renovation. The shower was a little box of less than 60 by 60 cm. Value for money is good. Breakfast is good too but nothing exciting. Except at our arrival on the afternoon of... More

Wallpaper coming off the walls Cupboards falling off Shower screen which didn't close nor did it drain adequately so it was a quick 90 second shower before the basin filled up The carpet was once pink however is now closer to a dark grey The only part of this hotel which had been maintained was the lobby for appearances clearly... Great location easily accessible from the train station and the historic city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The rooms could use an update, especially the carpet.

This hotel dies not warrant 3 stars. The carpets are dirty & marked & room very poorly decorated-paper was peeling off the wall & dirty- with no tea/coffee making facilities. I asked to move rooms but the new one was as in bad repair. The whole place is tired & in need of renovation. A better one is the Atlantic... More

The hotel has an air of faded grandeur and the day staff have iffy English (my Italian is OK though so this wasn't an issue and the night staff spoke excellent English) but that is the only negative thing I'm going to say. The hotel is very central, everything is in easy walking distance. The staff were all very friendly... More
