The room was modern and the bed comfortable. The wall sockets were traditional Italian electricity plugs that did not fit my (Dutch) laptop charger, but luckily I could use the adapter that was plugged in for the tv. Breakfast was ok; a lot of sweet bread rolls, Italian style. The staff was friendly, despite their command of English being a...

Staying the hotel for 2 nights. The location is about 15 minutes from central station by walk and is near University of Bologna. It took about 10 minutes of slow walk to the center of old town. The room looked like just get newly furnished in a year and the space is spacious enough for 2 people. There is some...

This hotel is situated 1.3Km for the railway station and near the university. It is ideally situated for visiting the sights of Bologna. The staff were all very welcoming , our room was clean with air conditioning and everything working. The wallpaper border was peeling in places and if this matters to you go elsewhere but if not enjoy the...

The hotel is near the city centre and the train/bus station. It's a little hotel with a few rooms. We had a clean room with enough space. The nights were less comfortable: the airco was broken and with open windows we suffered from noise of the cafés in the same street. The breakfast was simple but okay. The staff was...

We were in Bologna for the anniversary of "strage di bologna" terrorism attacks of 1980. We walked the humid summer streets, encountering memorials, piazza grande concerts featuring original compositions, and visual projections on historic buildings. We found the hotel by recommendation of the tourism office near Piazza Grande. The hotel staff were kind, helpful. The hotel was quiet, clean, and...

We were able to park nearby at not a huge expense, the hotel was nice enough, free wifi was good and staff were all friendly. The room was very big and perfectly nice considering how cheap it was although the shower wasn't great and the bathroom in general could do with a little work but it was what we needed...

Booked as a 'bargain' option for one leg of a three cities tour of Italy this was by far the best quality. Great, safe location in the historic centre, good room, clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Only minus (which may be an issue for some) is that the staff have very limited English. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay...

Great location, and if all you want is a clean dry bed, then this will pass muster. The shower is rather poor but seeing as we paid under £60 for 3, we can't complain. Anyone who moans on here is clearly asking for too much, if they want a better standard then pay for it!
