This albergo is run by a family and it is one of the cheapest places in town. The rooms are undergoing renovation so it has become even more price worthy. So IF you prefer to spend your money when your awake Brenta is an obvious alternative. Lack of AC could however still be a problem in hot periods.

Rooms are being entirely renovated at the moment, the bathroom is now nice and convenient, and bed is much more comfortable! This is a great improvement with no changes in prices at the moment. Let's try!

A small hotel right in the center of Parma. Rooms are small, with oldfashioned furniture, not so confortable, but it is clean. No AC. Staff is friendly. Price are very good compared to other hotels in Parma. Breakfast could be better, but let's see, it costs only 5€...

We chose this hotel for two reasons, it's very close to the railway station (5 minute walk) and the price. We arrived at about 22:15 and were met by a friendly guy who showd us to our room. As previously mentioned here, you get what you pay for, in our case it was a very basic room with an old...

A small family owned hotel. I stayed at the single room for 4 nights, when I found that I needed to leave on the 5th day (I booked for 7 nights) they were very courteous and gave me no problems or fines. They helped with finding local restaurants and even helped on their personal computer when I had a problem...

The hotel was an easy walk from the train station which made day tripping easy. It was about a 10 minute walk to the heart of town and the sites. Our room was very small, and the bathroom was small but had everything we needed. We were on the second floor with no elevator. Breakfast was standard Italian fare. The...

This was a sweet little place conviently located near the train station, the parking garage, and the piazza in Parma. The best thing about this place is the Stefanis, the couple who run it. They don't speak English, but they are so helpful and kind and fun. The room was fine -- no AC, no elevator. But the owners, the...

I stayed at the small and inexpensive (55 Euros/night for a single) Brenta Hotel in Parma in October, 2002. It's on a quiet side street just a couple of blocks from the train station, but within an easy walking distance (5-10 min.) to the historical center. It's run by a very nice Italian couple who gave me great recommendations for...
