Stayed 1 night. Excellent location literally on the doorstep of the Duomo and walking distance from the train station. Staying here was a real treat. It's a converted palace which oozes character and a sense of history. Room was large, spacious and extremely quiet. Bathroom was large, clean and toiletries were provided. Breakfast in the adjoining cafe was simple but...

We had a suite with a king bed and 2 singles which was so beautifully decorated, very spacious and clean with very comfy beds. The location is unbeatable and we loved the gorgeous internal private courtyard you walk though to access the suites. We are travelling with teenagers and so loved the extra space! Breakfast in cafe was also delicious....

Absolutely amazing place with everything you need for a perfect trip away. Every member of the party would come back to the hotel with partners again. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast was a delight (if we made it up in time following a heavy night). The locals are great banter and joined in with the banter and crack...

This is amazing value for money. Right in the centre of Parma in an ancient Palazzo with views over the Duomo, the location is superb and the apartment we stayed in great value for money. Extremely helpful staff. Parking too, which was a must for us and unusual in such a central location.

Secluded, yet in the heart of this town, elegantly appointed and unintrusive in its attention, Pal. Dalla Rosa Prati is a hidden gem and a delight. Excellent restaurants nearby and many extraordinary buildings to visit within a stone's throw.

The rooms are lovely and the artwork a delight. I have found all of the staff to be very attentive and accommodating. I look forward...

We have been coming to Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati since 2010. It continues to be a great hotel with an excellent location (beside the Battistero). We had the Flora apartment which is very stylish and super clean and well appointed. Beds are great and the bathroom and shower perfect. Management is always wonderful led by Vittorio and Mattia - Nothing...

We stayed for one night at this hotel and it was really an excellent experience. The staff were so friendly and the situation was very central. We stayed at the end of December and it was very cold weather and we appreciated so much the very warm and cosy room. It was an added treat to have breakfast in the...

On arrival, we were given a warm welcome by the charming Vittorio and the well mannered Mattia. The reception is separated from the rest of the hotel and is attended for 12 hours per day. Bear in mind that not all rooms have elevator access. However, the hotel staff, especially Alessandro, were very helpful when we were selecting a room...
