Great location. On pedestrian only street. Restaurants & high end shops right outside the door and then some. Bed was comfy and room nicely appointed. We happened to be there on the last night of Black Friday weekend. All shops were open along with open air booths with cheese, pastries, linens and more. With all the people and Christmas lights...

The hotel is very nice. Hotel employees are more than polite. Restaurant is perfect with fresh food. They don't have their own parking but next to hotel is underground garage so this is not big problem Only I have problems with internet connection.

We were very happy with the room we booked at the Continental. It had a very comfortable bed and a modern clean bathroom, with nice amenities. We booked this with Booking.com and asked for a low floor close to the elevator and our room was on the first floor steps from the elevator! The front desk staff were very pleasant...

Continentale is a quality hotel with great access to downtown Trieste and the harbor, 2 blocks from Roman amphitheater ruins. great WiFi. The breakfast buffet is over-the-top: 1 meter meats, 1 meter fruits/yogurt, 1 meter eggs bacon potatoes vegetables, 1 meter rolls and breads, 1 meter cereals and milk. You dont need lunch. I especially liked the Acquamarina, a warm...

Trieste what a place. My favourite city in Italy. Good for business and fun. Last time i stayed first time in Continentale hotel. This is a charming hotel with a great location in the city centre. Friendly English speaking staff. Spacious stylish room and rich buffet breakfast. Big surprise would expect poor continental breakfast at the Continentale. I loved to...

We only stayed 1 night in Hotel Continentale and would love to have stayed longer. The hotel is charming with excellent staff and our room was delightful. The location could not be better, only steps away from the centre of Trieste. Breakfast is served either inside or outside on the terrace, we chose outside to watch the interesting passagiata of...

The staff are all wonderful, genuine in wanting to assist and please. The wifi is amazing for speed, accuracy, continuity and long distance range. The rooms are clean and crisp, no reason to stay anywhere else when coming to Trieste Have also stayed at their Palace suite apartment style hotel rooms, very well done too.

Booked this hotel because it was sold as a 4*hotel. Was a bit disappointed with the size of the rooms. I'm not too sure why in some sights its rated as 4* hotel. When I arrived I saw in front that its only a 3* hotel. However the receptionist was really helpful, the breakfast staff not so much. Breakfast was...
