Positive: Location is the best quality of this apartment (about a 2 min walk from the tunnel exit), plus the very friendly owner and his family! Not all apartments have a view of the ocean, but from the balcony we did have a lovely view of the main street below. The facilities are sufficient for a short stay and the...

This room is very close to the train station and the rest of town. The owner is very nice and helpful. That said, the room is not well designed and looks a bit worn out. The bed was OK, but not great. It is difficult to open the front gate to the property.

Thank you for your stay at ca de gianchi in room 2. We renovated the rooms in 2008 and all the year we paint room, bathroom and change the linen. I hope to see you another time in the apartment, not so cheap but with kitchen, balcony and fully equipped.

We appreciated having some space to spread out. This had a separate bedroom and nice bathroom ( showing some of the rock ). Manarola is a very steep climb, and if you are arriving with luggage, you appreciate this is just a block up the street from the train tunnel. You can't miss it as its atop the Pharmacy with...

Pros – This hotel is extremely well located in Manarola but if we were going to do this trip again we would have stayed in Vernazza instead. There is much more to do there and it's a prettier town. Both the bathroom and shower were large enough. We had a window in both the bedroom and bathroom for good ventilation....

We loved staying in this one bedroom apartment on the main street of Manarola, located above the pharmacy. It was especially easy to find and very close to the train station...so no long walks up hills with luggage. The apartment was clean and modern and equipped with everything we needed for a few days, including coffee and sugar. Wifi also...

This place was lovely and the loveliest man was our host. He was the most help and friendliest person we meet on our two weeks in Italy. Manarola was a great base for our stay. Only thing I can say that I might change next time is to not stay over a weekend - it was very busy and the...

We booked this through Trip Advisor. I was desperate to stay in Manarola more than the other villages and was lucky to get the dates I wanted after changing our travel plans and losing my original accomodation choice. After travelling through Rome and Pisa for three days it was like arriving in heaven ! Communication from Manuela was excellant and...

Although the check in required us to get in contact by phone, the stay was great. The room was clean with a private bathroom. The location is right in the middle of Manarola with a brief walk to the water and easily accessible from the train station. Easily one of the nicest places that we stayed in Italy. We would...

First I have to say that staying at Ca' de Gianchi was not our first choice nor was staying in Manarola. We did visit all five towns of the Cinque Terra and really think that Manarola is the best. It's quiet and far more quant then the others except for maybe Vernazza. But Manarola near the harbor and Vernazza is...

We loved our stay here, the location is perfect, the view form the deck was great and the host gave us lots of good tips for exploring the locals spots. The rooms are nice and big, everything was modern and clean and definitely recommend for other travellers.
