There are paid parking spaces and you can park alone the side of the road as long as you don’t park on a curve. It’s marked up pretty well so you can tell. La Toretta will come to your vehicle with a large golf type cart and bring your baggage and passengers to their site. Call about ten minutes before you srrive. They slog your bags while you drink prosecco and hang out. Great place.
It is indeed only a short walk uphill from the town. If you are fit, it is 5 minute. If not, it will take longer. It is nice to have the golf cart, because with luggage the short, uphill walk is not short and VERY uphill... More
It is indeed only a short walk uphill from the town. If you are fit, it is 5 minute. If not, it will take longer. It is nice to have the golf cart, because with luggage the short, uphill walk is not short and VERY uphill otherwise. The walk from the train station from town center to the station is a few hundred yards through a tunnel (flat walk).
