The driving instructions to find the hotel were excellent. The lobby with its beautiful staircase was impressive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Car parking also was perfect. We can only recommend.

When my family and I stepped into this hotel, we were intrigued by its spiraling staircase. I immediately thought of the scene in Hitchcock’s Vertigo, which might actually be inspired by this hotel since he did stay here. If you are driving here, you can park (or more likely double park) in front of the hotel and their valet will...

Very helpful staff. Room was clean and had everything I needed. The buffet breakfast each morning was extensive and delicious. The hotel is located in a safe area with easy walking to many sights and the waterfront.

Very good experience. Location was perfect for walking about the city. Staff was very helpful and the balcony from our room had a cool view into the Piazza Di Ferrari. Great shopping and dinning options right out the front door in any direction.

You wouldn't give the unassuming entrance to the hotel a second look if you didn't know it was there. This lovely hotel is in the centre of the city within walking distance of everything. We had a room on the first floor, but no noise issues. The hotel dates from the end of the 19th century and has an incredible...

We arrived in Genoa, 29 Jan, for one night before getting on our Cruise. We were given a Junior Suite on the 4th Floor, which was amazing. Huge Room, King Bed, Robes, Antique Desk, and Chiffonier, along with Two Balconies overlooking Via Settembre, looking towards the Fountain of the Piazza de Ferrari. The room was so comfortable. It was a...

Stayed in room 420 between 11th -14th March 2017 for our joint birthdays. Easy check-in, welcoming staff. FANTASTIC spiral staircase and original Napoleonic furnishings in the lobby area. Huge bedroom, huge bathroom. Walk in shower, which was very good. A fixed shower head but an additional moveable shower hose. [I hate fixed head showers, so I was very pleased to...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your detailed and positive review. We have well noted your observations, and regarding the channels in English we have them, but possibly this was not apparent right away due to the complexity of the satellite system. We will ensure that it is easier to find them for future guests, thank you for pointing this out...

This hotel is hidden between shops on a busy main street and you could easily walk past it and not know it was there, but that would be a shame because this hotel is a gem, as you walk into the reception the first thing you notice is the winding staircase up to a lovely stained glass dome, the rooms...

Enjoyed my 2 night stay but there were some negatives. Room was decent with a comfortable bed. Some aspects of the cleaning could have been better. For example the extractor fan in the bathroom was full of dust. Decoration a bit tired in places. Could do with a repaint and some of the bathroom tiles were cracked. On the first...

This was an exceptional hotel experience at the Hotel Bristol Palace. I had booked two rooms and arrived at noon. The reception staff were welcoming and professional and upgraded us to two beautifully appointed comfortable rooms on the fifth floor. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have experienced with a good range of hot dishes and an...
