The staff were so lovely! excellent service and an amazing breakfast included. This hotel is really clean! It's an older style hotel but really well maintained with nice big rooms in a great spot. I would stay here again! Very good value for money.

Stayed here for 2 nights while my parents visited me in Genoa. People at the reception seem very friendly and speak good English. Simple but clean rooms, I never spend much time in the hotel so this was a good room for sleeping as I found the bed comfortable and all I needed. It's in an ok location. Not very... More

We have always had good results when choosing accommodation based on Tripadvisor, but this is the first time we were a little bit disappointed. All others hotels nearby were full booked so we spent one night at Hotel Veronese: if you count on being out all day, then location might be a reason enough to stay there but it doesn’t... More

We did chose this structure because other hotels were fully booked! What a good surprise....excellent breakfast, very clean place. The service was really good and the people really nice and competent. It is the best located 3 stars hotel if you want to visit the acquarium and expo area and this was very important for my family since the two... More

Room was clean and had all necessities, including a/c. Bathroom has bidet, but shower stall is so tiny that if you wear L size, you will have difficulties with showering, with size XL and over you will have difficulties even with getting in. Manager at registration was rude and did not speak any English. When we arrived, he did not... More

Stayed here on business having been booked into here by a third party. First impressions weren't great, the hotel is accessed via a narrow alley way behind some shops, having said that all of the old town is pretty much the same. The room I had overlooked a narrow internal space so had virtually no natural daylight. Room itself smelt... More

We stayed here overnight en route south. The room for our family of 4 was E110 for one night including breakfast. The room was scrupulously clean and the beds comfortable. The shower was not as powerful as we would have liked but there was plenty of hot water. It was unfortunate that the AC did not work so the room... More

Quaint and Quiet- Not a luxury hotel - but the towel warmer and plenty of hot water was nice-the owners didn't speak much english and if you are driving the parking is lousy...but all in all it was a nice place and very quiet and close to the Aqario

Vico Cicala is a narrow alley just off the road that runs along the harbor. But the Veronese was a pleasant, relatively inexpensive place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. The staff who spoke English (2 of 3) were very helpful and recommended great places to eat. This hotel is a five minute walk from the... More
