Great service and lovely room with a view, if you have a sea view room with a balcony. Super views of harbour, castle and bay. Beds comfortable and room quiet. A really great choice for breakfast.....BUT NOT HALF BOARD. Dinner at night was a hit and miss affair sometime soup hot others luke warm or cold....same with veg. Yes I...

Although the room is dated and tired looking (same goes for the front lobby) the balcony which overlooks the water makes up for the shortcomings of the room. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we were offered a 10% discount to the onsite restaurant for dinner (we never took advantage of it). The charming town won't disappoint. Lots to do...

We stayed here for 6 nights in 3 X single rooms. Rooms were a good size with large single beds and balconies and kept very clean. Breakfast was okay though the buffet room was gloomy and badly lit. There was plenty of choice. However, there is no bar and if the vending machine breaks as it did when we were...

Our second visit here. Room 105 - middle room of three sharing very large balcony overlooking the "beach" and marina. Very clean, good sized bed though pillows quite hard. Excellent shower, though very stingy amenities with only a couple of tiny soaps in 4 days. A small 'fridge was wonderful as the local delicatessen stocks the most amazing numbers of...

This is a standard hotel in an excellent location: in Rapallo's Lungomare, it's convenient for visiting Rapallo and also for touring the area. Our room was facing the sea and the view was breathtaking. Yet room and bathroom were relatively small, no safe box, old hair dryer. Breakfast was included in hotel's rate and was very convenient. Hotel had limited...

During a long trip via Riviera coast, mainly Cinque Terre, we chose this hotel as a one night drop with price & location as key factors. The hotel answered both requirements very well. The room is not great but good enough for a one night stay. A bonus is breakfast included. Plus, a little walk on the left to the...

I've given this hotel an 'average' rating because our room (403) was in dia need of refurbishment. The room was clean and plenty of nice smelling toiletries provided. The hallway carpet leading to our room needs replacing sharpish as it had a strange odour of damp animals mixed with citronella! Didn't dine in the restaurant but breakfast was a pretty...

Stayed here last year and was very happy with the overall experience. This year I followed the advice of other travellers and booked a room with a view. The view could not have been much better and the room and facilities were of a good standard. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly and are more than...

This hotel is right on the sea front so recommend booking sea view rooms as most of these seem to have balconies. A fairly old fashioned designed hotel with the basic facilities one needs for a short break. The room was OK size with a smallish bath toilet shower area. A fan was provided in the room which was more...

We stayed here for a week and loved the hotel and its stunning location. Overlooking the Castello (which is an Art Gallery) right on the waterfront, on the main Lungomere Promenade and across the road fro the beginning of the historical centre of Rapallo with its maze of old streets crammed with bars and restaurants. It is the best located...
