A wonderful family run hotel. The owners are delightful people and so helpful. All staff helpful. Room excellent with air conditioning in hot conditions. Fabulous location on Lake Maggiore, however, a 10 minute walk to a good restaurant, Daniel's, on the Lake. A 20 minute walk into the town of Stresa. A 9€ taxi fare from town centre and train...

We spent 4 nights at this hotel during our 10 day holiday and we loved it. We booked a 'garden view' room but in fact also had a glorious view of the lake; better than we had imagined. The room was large and well equipped and my partner was over the moon that we could get bbc one on the...

Having read various reviews I was dubious about what I would find. But my worries were immediately quashed upon arrival. The location was easy to find. We arrived from Malpensa and arranged the Alibus. It MUST be booked in advance as it only picks up those on the list. Luckily for us, the driver waited an additional 5 minutes as...

A trip to the center of the town alongside of the lake will take you 15-20 minutes. The personel was very friendly. The breakfast with a lot of...

A lovely hotel only 150 m away from the lakeside. Close to the cablecar station and the local ferry to the Islands. Breakfast was good although having to wait until 0800 for a boiled egg was a little strange. The walk into Stresa can be achieved in about 15 mins at a gentle pace or quicker if trying to miss...

The hotel looks nice, and the rooms are well kept. There is a swimming pool and free parking. The staff is friendly and remarkably multilingual : French, English, Italian, and also German. The breakfast was good with lots of choice (cakes, breads, yogurts, fruit salads, chees, ham, etc) and we ate dinner one night which was also God and reasonably...
