There are 3 ways - public transportation via Malpensa bus shuttle (cheapest), by train and thru a private driver direct transfer (expensive option). We took the public shuttle - return tickets bought directly from the plane (€10-12 if I recall) which was about 30-45mins from the airport to central Milan but not direct to the hotel I’m afraid. From there we have to take a taxi which is around 20-30mins drive (€12-€15). On the way back we arranged with Double Tree for their free hotel shuttle but only up to the shuttle stop. I would suggest get in touch with the them directly to ask if they are able to organise transfer for you? Hope this helps, have a great trip!
