We was living in big house and at the good location, not so far from city Center ,mb 15-20 min by railways, bus. Also when we was checking in ,manager (as I remember his name -Nabil) was pretty gentle and polite, he explained to us all information about how we can to get all shoppings and museums. Also don’t worry about sharing the bath room, there are cleaning it every day.

Dirty room , the staff is not accommodating, broken things inside the room. Price doesn't fit the service. There are many things that were dirty in a room and when we complained staff said "the room is fine".

We were a family of 4 on the budget vacation type. This hotel was pretty good. The location on a private street with public transportation close to it, was perfect. Big supermarket right across was another very good point to this hotel. Pleasant in front desk people. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Short ride to the center.

Dear Companion778263, We thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the Hotel Rossovino. We are pleased that you have appreciated the structure, the service and above all the staff, for us a distinctive element. The position as you write, although not very central, has the advantage of being just outside the paid area of Milan and is very well served by public transport, so that in a few minutes you reach the heart of the city. We look forward to welcoming you again soon. A cordial greeting and good summer. The direction.

The hotel is about a mile from the cathedral. It is worth requesting a room on the higher level of the hotel as the ground floor rooms are next to the front door. From the hotel, you can either walk or get a bus to the centre. You can catch it at the end of the road and it will take you all the way to the cathedral. Milan is a beautiful city with so much to do there. If you get a combined pass for the cathedral this will allow you to go into the art gallery and other tourist sights. So worth doing. If you go to the cathedral then remember to wear clothes that cover your legs to the knees and also have your shoulders covered or carry a shawl. Otherwise you will have to purchase a toga. The view up on the roof of the cathedral is worth doing as it is stunning to see the architect as well as the views of the square below.

After arriving at the hotel in dusk seeing what looked like a building site we were extemely disappointed an wondering what this would be like, but from the moment we walked into the renovated / finished part we forgot all about the building. We were greeted heartily and offered a glass of comolimentary wine to enjoy while booking in. The rooms were clean, neat with crisp linen and all we needed. We stayed only one night but this is an affordable, well appointed hotel worth a look at!

We came to Milan with my girlfriend for the weekend and I strategically picked RossoVino out of dozens of other hotels, the reason being - it is right between the airport (Milano Linate) and Milan town centre, so the bus (number 73, if I'm not mistaken) goes from the airport to the town centre and there is a stop on the main road near the hotel. Just perfect. Amedeo was a good host and he whatsapped me everything I needed to know (as we were meant to arrive late) and he met us, showed us everything and explained everything in good, clear English. The hotel is situated on a "private street" that means that the gates to this street are closed during the night which makes it extra safe. The room was simple, but clean, fresh, modern and had everything we needed. The ensuite shower/toilet facilities were good and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I wish this hotel had was breakfast (which is crucial for me - and if there was breakfast and it was good I would give it 5 stars), but if anything there are some cafes and a supermarket nearby, and it's just a 30-35 min walk (or 10-15 min bus ride) to the town centre.

I was very impressed with this hotel on my visit, the room was great, very clean and spacious. The guy on reception when we arrived couldn’t have helped us enough marking out on a map all the places he recommended, which buses/trams to use etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Could not have asked for more from this hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Location is really good too - it's about a half an hour (ish) walk into the centre, or there's a bus/tram stop across the road. There's also a supermarket near by which was very handy! The staff were second to none though. On arrival we had a glass of wine and we were given a map where the man recommended a lovely pasta restaurant (pasta d'autore - you must check it out) and places to go on nights out. Absolutely amazing customer service, I definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Milan!

We stayed in a room with private bathroom and it was spotless clean and big. We arrived in early morning and the staff let us leave the luggages there first as the room wasn't ready and gave us recommendations on where to eat/ go. Very convenient location, worth the money.
