Welcoming hotel and equipped with all services both in the room, with welcome gifts, and in the structure. In a central position, near Porta Romana. Diversified breakfast but within certain limits.
Above all, I would like to point out the professionalism and courtesy of the receptionists. In particular, Ms. Aurora, who learned of the circumstance that we were in Milan for a medical examination in the nearby Polyclinic, informed us of the planned exemption from paying the tourist tax and had a replacement bag prepared for breakfast that my wife could not have used.
Hotel to be highly recommended

This hotel delivers what a business hotel is supposed to. No frills, basic service, but outstanding set of covid measures. Something that in this period is much appreciated. Rooms are basic, it’s not glamorous at all (if you are expecting a fashionista experience) and the area is definitely up and coming. A bit pricey for the standards.

Spacious rooms with modern facilities. Staff were very helpful. Only downside was that the restaurant was shut for dinner but there are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Lift was very small so a bit if a struggle getting 2 people plus 2 bags in lift. Would definitely recommend

The breakfest very poor . The lady in reception like a very bad behaviour . One star because i cant give zero stars .

The room is practically a cell of a 2 by 2 meter Siberian gulag.
The bathroom door that opened by slamming on the bidet and then continuous bangs with the handle in the belly.
Access "to the condominium" (because it has practically nothing of a hotel) with a flight of steps totally devoid of facilities for disabled people!
No garage but discounted parking in an unsupervised supermarket half a kilometer away... obviously without shuttle.
I haven't remembered such a negative experience in Milan for over 30 years!!!

you can't say it's average because of the nice room
excellent breakfast including breakfast staff
and the location
also because in the evening we had to have dinner in the Porta Romana area
however, a few metro stops from the cathedral and a quiet location

The room we stayed in this May had a hairdryer. Don't know about an iron as didn't have occasion to use one. Just a word of warning, although the hotel states that rooms have a safe, ours wasn't functioning for the duration of our stay, which meant that we had to keep passport and cash at the reception safe, which was very inconvenient.
