This hotel delivers what a business hotel is supposed to. No frills, basic service, but outstanding set of covid measures. Something that in this period is much appreciated. Rooms are basic, it’s not glamorous at all (if you are expecting a fashionista experience) and the area is definitely up and coming. A bit pricey for the standards.

This hotel is in the Porta Romana district and was within 30 minutes walk of the Duomo so, for us, it was a good locational it was not in the busy part of the city but was close enough to enable us to walk or take public transport to get around all the major central sites. A strong point in its favour is that there are many restaurants close by which we found very convenient - they were good to ! Staff were courteous without being gushing; breakfast was excellent; superior room was tidy and plenty adequate for our requirements.

Recepcionists are kind but not much smiling. Bathroom supplies and towels was for one person inspite we are two people. But they corrected after I told. Room is small but clean. Hotel is very safe anda comfy. Hotel is very close to metro station. There are good restorants, bars and cafes . Also supermarkets and shops. Good for price.

Like other reviewers have said, this is definitely not 4 stars. The location is very convenient for sure, but in terms of amenities, it needs work. No bellman to help with luggage up the stairs of the entrance, the breakfast is basic and the quality of the offered selection definitely not 4 star. The decor is dated and though they've tried to hype it up a bit with accessories, it's still dated and tired. The shower door was broken, and the shower head wouldn't stand at the required height. Worst of all : they have the old European plugs, the smaller ones, and there was no way for me to recharge my phone and laptop as my international plug adapter that has worked everywhere else in the world wouldn't fit in it. Which for a business traveller like me can be a disaster. Luckily I always carry a power bank that charged my phone but for my laptop it could only be done in the office. Wouldn't choose it again.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and really enjoyed the stay. Quick check-in, room was always clean and neat, hotel itself is also very clean and lovely breakfast every morning. The hotel is in a nice quiet area but with enough activity and restaurants around and just a few minutes away from Milan Central - very short easy walk to metro and then 8 minutes and you at Duomo.

It was a bit surprising to find this hotel 4 stars! Let's start from the beginning: there was no bellman or anyone at the door so there are staurs to reach the lobby and no ramp so you have to carry your luggage up. The receptionist gave me my room key without any instructions... the door did not open ( again no help was offered nor bellman to carry your luggage) I went all the way up and key did not work so came back to the lobby and the attitude of receptionist was ' it works and you don't know how to use the key" Anyway finally the key worked and I entered to a room designed in orange like back to 70s! BTW if it happens that your electricity is on even the key is not in the slot still keep the key in slot because otherwise the cleaners may think you are not in and enter the room without knocking. The breakfast was very average and the eggs were cold and... Overall the property is clean and in an average okay neighbourhood. Close to the subway and street. This was my first in Milan and I was not impressed at all compare to the other cities stayed in Italy: Capri, Taromina, Rome, Florence, Naples....all felt much better. I won't come back to this property

I am originally from Milan, my parents live round the corner so I knew what to expect and for me was perfectly located. Still... it's so expensive given the basic business hotel experience and room are small and... just basic. Room service is average as well, but you got it all... location, vibrant life outside, expensive, but not overpriced to be in Milan... It could be so much better if service was faster, a bit more polite and discreet...

We stayed here for a fleeting two day trip to Milan and had a really great experience. The rooms are by no means super luxurious but they are clean and spacious with very comfy bed. The bathroom shower is lovely and powerful and the aircon is fully functioning (if a tad noisy). They do not fully stock the bathroom with all amenities available but they do provide you with a list of whats available if you need it. What really made this hotel was the staff. From the lady that worked on the breakfast buffet (cereal, scrambled eggs and sausages, tonnes of delicious pastries and this really lovely apricot tart), to the two guys on reception, they couldn't do enough to help you. They lent us an umbrella on a very rainy day, stored our luggage for us, called us a cab and helped me to the taxi with my cases. This one gentleman in particular spoke at least 3 languages fluently (Italian, French and English) and was just an absolute delight. The hotel is very well situated to get everywhere in Milan. You can take the no9 tram to the canals in 10 minutes, you are 3 stops on the Metro from the Duomo and less than 15 mins on the metro from Milan Centrale Station where you can catch all the regional trains to places like Como etc. The room service options were also really surprisingly good. Being used to horrible microwaved curries in British hotels, being able to get a prosciutto and melon salad at 11:30PM was a revelation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to other guests looking for somewhere good value to stay in Milan.
