We stayed for 3 nights and the room and bathroom were great. A bit warm in the evenings but opening the window (which is a rarity these days) sorted that out. Great location for Metro (even though we walked all over the city!). Staff at reception happily booked us a taxi back to the hotel. Asked for a restaurant recommendation and they recommended PepeNero round the corner. Great place, not expensive and great pizza!! So good we went twice in a row for dinner! Very handy that La Buttiga Beer Room was round the corner. Great hotel!

We had a very stay here and the staff is great and helpful. Location 10m from the metro is perfect to visit the city. Lots of good restaurants around the hotel. The reception will give you their good advice and you won’t be disappointed !

This hotel itself is going under renovation and are actually letting people stay on same floor as drilliing is ongoing (extremely noicy the rooms are totally wiped out) from early morning til afternoon daily right opposite guests allocated room. The rooms are very old and of of bad quailty with mold and overall very low standards. A not go to hotel definitely. Choose another hotel to stay in Milano. Will choose another hotel for sure for next trip. Hotel is not giving any compensation whatsoever.

We would have gladly changed your room and addressed any specific concern you may have had. After your departure you left a bad review in Booking.com and contacted us claiming a partial refund and threatening us with more “bad reviews” if we did not grant it. As already conveyed to you in our written exchanges, renovation works are carried out according to best practices to minimize discomfort to our guests and are performed only a few hours a day well outside rest hours. We also felt your request for refund was not justified, especially because you had raised no issue with us during your stay. The best thing in Best Western Major was the staff. They were friendly and cooperative. Its location is excellent. Clean and cosy rooms. Good breakfast but needs more various cooked foods for Muslim guests. The breakfast has very good packed gluten free foods.

We stayed one night -- I was on a business trip and this was one off day we had in Milan. We wanted something close to the Prada foundation and it was convenient for that. Also very close to the subway, which is very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean, but overall we were disappointed for a 4-star hotel (compared to the 3-star hotels we had stayed elsewhere in Italy). The bedroom was small and decor faded. The breakfast was OK, but not more than that (and this is from the perspective of someone who does not want a big breakfast).

The Best Western is a very convenient hotel (right next to the Lodi Metro Stop) and very reasonable in cost. Rooms are small, but to be honest, we never plan on spending much time in our room while in Milan. They were able to also assist us with airport transportation which was very helpful.

Hotel was very clean, the staff was really nice and the breakfast had enough choice, and was cheap for the prices we usually see in similar hotels. The nearest metro station was just a few meters away, so it was super convenient and the line is the one that goes to the Duomo and the city center.

Stayed here for a few days, and many things in the room were not working, which include the fridge, bedside light not working properly, bathtub plug did not stop water from draining (so could only take a shower), and the shower was on the wrong side so couldn't shower properly because the water would spray out onto the bathroom floor. The front-desk staff were also not friendly, and there was no espresso coffee available for all customers.

Located in a commercial/industrial area of Milan, with some pockets of residential buildings, this is an average, basic hotel for business. The hotel is clean, the rooms are small, but with a complete bathroom. There is no doorman or bell staff, although the front desk will help you with luggage if asked. There is free espresso and small snacks available in the lobby area. Breakfast is included in your room rate, and the breakfast buffet is pretty good. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and there is computer and printer access in the lobby area that could be considered a "business center". There is no restaurant, except for breakfast. There is a bar and if you tell the front desk what you want as beverage, they will serve it for you. The major issue I encountered is the lack of temperature control. The lobby was overheated (must have been 78-80 degrees most of the time. The thermostat in the room is for decorative purposes only and it does not influence the room's temperature, so sleep is difficult at best.
