It was exactly what I would have expected from Mercure. A little above because the superior room is spacious, he inside terrace is charming (spring-autumn) and because it is close to both center but also ringroad, if you need to go out of the city. Parking is not a problem as the area is free

Light in the room is very poor if you want to read in bed, you'd better bring a flash light with you. There are no power plugs in the room but just one the furthest from the bed. For the rest the rooms are fine. There is not much space to move around in them, but the bathroom is great....

Nice location, if you have car it is easy to find a free parking around hotel. Room was a little to dark, but nice and quiet. One of the best breakfast buffet in our 7 day trip to Italy, but nothig extraordinary like it is in all places in northern Italy.

after leaving London at 6am and long journey - we were looking for, food. Stefano at Reception had an attitude of arrogance when I ask for room service - as if I would have asked where I can meet the Pope in Flesh. Anyway, he told us 'we don't have room-service' First thing we found in our room - a...

I really enjoyed staying at Mercure Milano Regency, which in addition to excellent facilities, which captivated me was the treatment of the staff, a good breakfast and easy to move to the main sights.

I had no complaints about the hotel which met all my expectations for a hotel in this price range. The bed room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a little way from the city centre, which may be an issue for some visitors, but there are nearby stops for the efficient...

Uncomfortable bed, hot room, no fan or air condition to cool it down, no plugs to charge your devices, a lever you turn on to flush the toilet and then turn off, decor almost half a century old, lack of soundproofing, cold scrambled eggs at breakfast along with dirty tea pot. I had prepaid for two nights but left after...

The hotel is interesting, but it is difficult to imagine that a 4 star hotel has no hot water in the bathroom. And then when it appears it becomes very hot and can not cool it with cold water. Very strange. At the entrance of the hotel there is not a sloping ramp, which is a major problem for those...

Located in a quiet street, just near the tram which can take you in about 20 minutes to the Duomo Plaza. The staff is kind, the bed comfortable and the rooms are beautiful, with a quite nice wallpaper!
