Reception staff was rude and non-cooperative. There were no changes in the breakfast buffet. TV in the room was poor quality CRT. Housekeeping forgot re-stocking towels and soaps, when informed, they asked to come down to the reception to collect it.

We spent two nights at this hotel. The location was very convenient. Metro station called Corvetto is not far away, about 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. You could take a public bus to metro station if you prefer. Ask for the map on reception and they will give you great tips for public transport with the map. From Corvetto you take yellow line M3 that will take you directly to Duomo (six stops). Also, there's a supermarket nearby (5min walk in direction of metro station) and few smaller shops and a couple of restaurants (all on the same street as the hotel). It gets a big PLUS from us for location. The hotel used to be an apartment building that is now converted into a hotel. Hotel is average looking but rooms and bathrooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious, with high ceilings. For us, that was a pleasant surprise. Iven bed was big and comfy and we got a good night sleep. But expect sharing covers and blanket or ask for separate. I guess it would not be a problem for them to give you. Some rooms have a balcony and some don’t. There is tv, a fridge and a safe in the room if you need one. The bathroom is equipt with a hairdryer but it is very weak. The receptionist was very polite as were the staff that organized the breakfast and served coffee and tee. Breakfast was average. Continental breakfast with the Italian twist - almost everything is sweet. You must try croissants cause they are the best and they disappear fast. ;) The breakfast was a bit too early for us - from 7 AM to 8 AM considering we are on holiday. All in all, we liked this hotel and would recommend it.

Its in a correct distance to catch the metro and restaurants. Mostly I like the hotel and the staff. I like them. Most of all the elderly gentleman. I travelled with a group of my friends and he intelligently placed the guests in correct placings of the rooms. Segregated bachelors with family and knew what to speak and welcome us, great. Wonderful gentleman.

We booked last-minute a double room and were given the last available room which was a family room with single beds. Fortunately, we were able to put the beds together. The room was very basic but for the price paid, OK. I would rather give it a 2 stars. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was basic and not very nice. The coffee and fresh made chocolate milk were good though.

I am tour guide and expert traveler. I wanted to find the best offer near Porta Romana district in Milan, so it's not in the center, I took the reservation and I paid in all 38 euros for 1 night. It was good, clean, friendly staffs, even breakfast is not free but he offered me for free tea or coffee, air conditioner worked well, clean bath, Internet wifi is free and works in Room area as well. A very good restaurant is close to here and pizza ecc. Alexander was receptionist and was a polite and good guy. Thanks

If you are a desperate and could not find any hotel in Milan this is hotel is for you. I had a terrible experience with this place and I will try to describe it. Location: this hotel is located in a very dangerous neighborhood full of immigrants and it is not safe to walk during evening time at dark. The hotel is very poor. no external services such as laundry, tickets just nothing. No bar, GYM, pool, vendor machines...nothing. Staff: it looks like nobody care of nothing, they were apathetic to any request and sometime rude, service guys they are not. Room: the room I got was quite big without a balcony, the bed was hard and not comfortable at all, not enough electricity sockets for work purpose. The room I got was a non smoking room but I could smell that smokers stayed in this room. There is no option to leave the room without taking the key and then you close electricity with it, had many issues with the key pin while entering the room. Shower: there was no hot water!!!! it was just warm. they claimed that this is the hottest water they can provide and I was the only one who complain about it. The shower head set was broken and it fell on my head from time to time. In shower room mold spots was bred on the ceiling. The towels were not pleasant and looked old, after day one I got less towels and soap and got it after a clear request. Internet: Wi Fi was not free , the hotel charges 6 euro per night and for one device, internet is poor and so slow and you cannot even surf web sites with it. Breakfast: I did not try it but you can pay and get one, there is a nice coffee shop just nearby so it was a save. Transport: the metro is very far from this hotel and you need to walk like 10-15 minutes to get there, the way to the center by metro is like 20 minutes. There is one cheap supermarket and a nice Pizza/Pasta restaurant in front the hotel. The only bright spot in this hotel was the cleaner, you could see that she is trying to keep the room clean as much as she can. Summary: Stay a way of this hotel, I would not it even one star.

Hotel was listed as 3 star but it less than that! Poor amenities - basically only room. Breakfast available for 7.50 Euros but it was the worst buffet breakfast I encountered in 7 weeks of travelling. Room was clean but furniture was old and very tired. It is located in a poor area - felt a little unsafe - but we survived fine and asked a lot of people for assistance - nowhere to dine in the area - a bar owner took pity on us and made us a toasted sandwich! You can use public transport and the hotel will give you detailed written instructions and we used it without incident. The huge positive was the really friendly, professional and helpful staff - helped us so much and we were very grateful for that

Far from the centre and far from the underground; quite unsafe neighboorhood; old and worn furniture; wi-fi is a joke; priced as a semi-central 4-star hotel. On the plus side, rooms are (very) big; clean enough. Breakfast variety is extremely limited, but quality is fine.
