This is a fantastic hotel in the perfect location for exploring Milan. 10 min walk from the Duomo and 20 min walk to the canal area. The hotel is beautiful and the staff just amazing!!! The breakfast staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast food varied and plentiful - lovely relaxing start to busy days exploring the city.

Lovely hotel. Perfect rooms. Amazing breakfast with lots of choice and staff are very friendly and helpful. It is situated in a great location to walk everywhere. The duomo and city centre shops are all-round 15 mins away and the Navagli area canals with all the bars and restaurants about 15 mins too. Central station was about 40 mins walk but it was past lots of sights so a really nice walk or easy to jump on a tram. We had a double room on floor 5 and it had everything we needed a very comfy bed and a lovely large shower. The trams went past but with both windows closed it was a very quiet murmur. Would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located ten minute walk from duomo. Good clean hotel. Great breakfast and comfortable beds and shower. Great staff and great amenities. Just one small bit. The noise from the trams although not very bad but for a weak sleeper may be a slight issue. But overall good. No complaints for the price I paid.

Very nice, clean, well appointed room. The solo-traveler room is a perfect size for one person. It has a tiny balcony open to the building courtyard and view to the old city skyline. It’s a great location. 10 mins walk to the duomo. There are many restaurants, farmacia, boutiques, mini grocery nearby. The breakfast is good and has something for everyone.

The hotel is at a great location, within walking distance to the Duomo. The room was very clean and the staff was, generally, very welcoming and helpful - especially the late night shift receptionist (he was awesome!). The breakfast was good value for money, slightly richer than a continental breakfast (had a small selection of warm foods like scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage). The wifi in my room was not very fast (though, to be fair, it wasn't terrible). The room was not entirely soundproot, so I would occasionally hear noise from the tram down the street. Overall, my experience at Hotel Regina was lovely, I would certainly visit again and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milano.

We stayed 2 days in Regina hotel. Unfortunately me and my colleague we were stolen in that hotel in last day. Our both wallets were totally emptied in the room during our 20 minutes breakfast. Pretty amount of cash was stolen from our wallets. Documents and credit cards were untouched. Somebody visited our room, we found few clothes on floor and money disappeared from both wallets. Reception rejected it and showed their Computer System showing that nobody entered our room. However seems their computer system is not perfect. Criminals know how to break it!!! Please be careful in that hotel and never leave your valuables in room!!!!

Dear Oksana, as we tried to explain you, our security system is safe, and for us no one has entered in the room while you were in the breakfast room; it sounds very unlikely that somebody hacked our informatic system to steal in your room only. Our Reception is open 24 hours 7 days, and also through our camera system, we know that nobody has entered in our property from outside except our guests. Furthermore, nothing like this has ever happened since we've opened in 1993. I'm very embittered for your behaviour, since from the very beginning you’ve been blackmailing us to write a very negative review, unless we give you the money you’ve lost. Moreover, it's really strange that you came to the Reception 45 minutes after you founded your things on the floor and the wallets empty (as you declared to the police). Since all our rooms have a safe, we’re also wondering why you didn't use it. Anyway, as you know, we have immediately opened a claim to the insurance, and we communicated to you the claim number and the agency in charge. I'm very sad, in 26 years we never had such a bad experience. With my regards Michela Barberi General Manager

One of the best places I have stayed in for a long time. An old word atmosphere with modern facilities. Happy, friendly staff. The room has everything I needed, including a kettle. Good breakfast. The trams run right past the hotel and will take you to Duomo and Lanza areas. Routes 2 & 14. Also, not far from a Metro. Station.

Air for one night in mid September. The gentleman at check-in on Saturday morning is very welcoming and friendly, and helpful with directions. I had a single room which was an adequate size. And room was spotlessly clean and overlooked the interior courtyard. I didn't joy coffee on the courtyard in the evening and in the morning. My only complaint with the hotel was the room was warm, despite air conditioning. Did not sleep that well because of this. Location of the hotel is very good, about a 10 minute walk to the Duomo area. Neighborhood is safe. The Woman at the front desk for check out was A little unpleasant. Remainder of the staff were excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was very good with an excellent selection of hot and cold food, coffee and juice. Overall the value of the hotel before the rate was excellent. I would stay here again, but not in warmer months.

My wife & I stayed for 4 nights in early June 2022. We arrived around 11.15, very tired after an morning flight from the UK. We did not expect our room to be available for several hours, however, the man on reception spoke to the cleaning staff and our room was ready by 11.45. Superb service. Similarly, there was no rush for us to vacate the room on departure - a welcome change from the rules brought in by many hotel chains during Covid. The Hotel Regina is an established hotel well situated for access to the centre of Milan, the shopping & the sites. It is also close to the lively Navigly area and a metro station is around 7 minutes walk away. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis, and the breakfasts provided were very good with a selection of meats, cheeses, cereals, eggs, yoghurts etc. We found all the staff very friendly and they could not do enough for their guests. The rooms are a little on the small side, but normal for a city centre type hotel. I am a light sleeper and therefore I had requested a 'quiet room'. We were therefore allocated a room at the rear of the hotel and apart from a little vibration from the local trams, the room was fine and I had no problem sleeping. All in all a good quality hotel close to the centre of Milan. Recommended.
