I stayed here with my father for 2 nights whilst I took him to Milan for a holiday. The interiors were lavish for the price we paid. The location is fab, you can meander your way into the city walking or there is a metro nearby. You can also walk easily to the central station and take a train to Lake Como.
We had a pleasant city view which was wonderful to open the windows to in the morning.
The bath robes were very cozy and smelled great and the room was spacious, we were in a deluxe Twin room - room 529. Very tidy and modern interiors.
The reception staff were very helpful and absolutely lovely. Will definitely return.

Nice hotel for a weekend city break, 3 nights. On arrival we were offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony for an extra €20 per night, having taken the upgrade we were slightly disappointed as the room overlooked the back of the hotel with not a very pleasant view, this could of been explained at reception.The room was clean, modern and comfortable and all the staff were very polite, helpful and accommodating, the only negative would be that breakfast could be a bit more varied but on the whole a good hotel for a short break.
The hotel is in a good location just off of Corso Buenos Aires, close to the Metro and walking distance to Duomo and the shopping district.
Duomo Milano is a must, completely Magnificent !
If you visit buy the tickets that give you access to all areas, roof, cathedral, crypt and archeological area, Completely stunning. If you’re in to shopping all the labels are here. The canal district is worth a visit with lots of bars and restaurants along the waterside, we also visited China Town, great food at very very affordable prices.
On the whole good Hotel, good location, great City, great food and Duomo Bellissimo

We stayed for 3 nights in early may 2022 for exhibition. I think the best feature of this hotel is the breakfast options. This hotel have the best breakfast compared to the other two hotels I stayed in during this trip to Italy. They even have gluten free biscuits. Cappuccinos are served not by automatic coffee maker. The room size itself is adequate. not too small for 2 persons. There still spaces available to walk with 2 large luggages and a small carry on luggage we have. The bathroom have a bathtub too but no toothbrush.

Check in was terrible. Took 20 mins whilst there was no que at all, no info given on how to find our room, no info given on breakfast times or location also. Rooms very small and rough around the edges. 3 days after leaving the hotel they charged my card again for the full amount. Had to call up and was passed around by 4 different people to get refunded, had to argue to get my money back, then when it was Finally refunded it was Short!

The hotel is in a nice, safe location near a fabulous park. It is not close to museums, financial district or the Milan Duomo. It is clean and housekeeping does a great job every day. We loved hearing the hourly bells from our window! Breakfast was not as great as the other Starhotels we visited on our trip but it did have a barista which was a nice touch! I feel they catered to the "regular" guests though and not tour groups. They were nice though and offered us services when asked.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and gave great referrals for restaurant suggestions. The manager (and maybe because it was morning) was short and unfriendly. It is also apparent when you request a car or taxi they are getting a kick back. Everyone knows everyone - literally. When we jumped into the wrong taxi, the driver was uneasy. He eventually took us to where we wanted to go. Ask several times at the desk for a price for a car; you may get different prices from different staff, as we did. Take the lowest!

The hotel has a good location near the center of Milan and a shopping street that is very lively in the evening when the cafes/restaurants open.

The room are a good size and the staff are all polite and helpful. But it doesn't hide the fact that the hotel looks tired and is in desperate need of a renovation: whether it's the furniture in the lobby or rooms, or the outdated bathroom fixtures. The elevators are tiny and they rattle going up and down which is rather scary.

I'd come and stay here again if they renovated it

PS: breakfast has so few options that it's embarrassing.

We want to be greeted when we enter your presence in the early mornings. We want to be asked how our stay was and if there is anything else we can do for you. We want to be treated fairly and equitable during the morning breakfast too. Ask us if we want coffee although we too can grab it for ourselves. I don’t want to have to get your attention for you to wait on me. We want to feel valued just as your other guests. Because we know every customer should matter. I see a few reviews that comment on the poor hospitality although there is a preference of great customer service. I wish it was rendered to everyone. I wish I felt like I paid for a hotel that prided themselves on ensuring my stay was comfortable. I wish I was offered upgrades initially without hearing them second hand and even being willing to accept and pay for them at that time. I wish my room reservation was available when I arrived after a long day of travel, although my travel company verified my reservations. Because you are in a good location to the subway and local shopping stores. Please treat us better. Because your beds are soft. Because you have great television channels that allow translation into English. Please treat us better. Because this hotel is cute and does offer a place to stay away from home we want to feel comfortable in your space too. Why have front desk staff if they are not going too greet all customers, sell your services and display their best selves which represents Starhotels Ritz. Perhaps it’s time for a training on customer service and cultural diversity 😊.

We stayed here twice , 4 days over Xmas in 2022 & 5 in late Jan /,early Feb 2023. All the staff were helpful and delightful . The restaurant deserves special mention as the food is very good and in fact was vastly superior to at least 8 other restaurants in the area , the salmon & sliced beef deserve special mention . The decor is 70/80’s and we didn’t mind it . Beds are good , rooms clean and our room on 8 th floor had a balcony and decent sized shower . Breakfast is fine , nothing startling plenty of choices .

Great situated hotel and we had a decent stay, the rooms were clean, comfy and we were well looked after until the last day when we realised we had left 2 items of clothing in the room after we had checked out. When we went to collect our luggage, we checked through the bags and they were definitely not there so we informed reception thinking housekeeping would have handed them after cleaning the room. They were nowhere to be found and nobody had any idea where they were or seemed to care. Extremely disappointing for a hotel of this quality for two expensive T-shirts to just go missing. A total let down.

Stayed at this hotel during 3 day city break in Milan. Our stay was average but the hotel is lacking in the things you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Firstly, the positives..reception staff were great, very efficient, helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and functional if a little on the small side but this was not a big deal. The biggest let down at this hotel is the breakfast service, what a shambles! We arrived each morning of our stay and no one showed us to a table. You have to find your own but many tables were not cleaned from previous sittings. No offer of tea or coffee after we sat down, you have to keep approaching staff for basic requests like cutlery and hot water for tea. Poor choice of hot food at breakfast and often the lids were left off the hot plates, hot food was also not replenished, boiled eggs left sitting to go cold...the list is endless. Breakfast staff seemed frazzled and the whole service is badly managed and disorganised and needs an overhaul to improve guest experience. Not a 4 star experience.

bus from malpensa to central station then take metro to Porta Venezia or you can take the train from Malpensa to Cadorna station then take metro ( red line) from Cadorna to Porta venezia
