From first walking into the hotel, I was impressed by the very friendly staff. Their professionalism and enthusiasm really added to our hotel. They were eager to help us plan our outings in and around Milan on our first visit to the city.
My daughter and I stayed at this hotel last December and had no hesitation in rebooking for our summer trip.

We didn't arrive via Bergammo Airport, we came in through Milano Linate Airport and took a taxi from there which was not expensive and quick and easy. WARNING- do not take a cab offered by the well-dressed touts at the airport. Go to the taxi rank and get one there. It is much cheaper. I presume these touts will be in force at Bergamo airport too. If you opt for public transport into the city the tram system is excellent and cheap and easy. Get off at Corso Sempione via Canova and it is an easy walk to the Lancaster.
