The room I stayed in at eurohotel was on the small side, but certainly not lacking in faciliries, with storage space, en suite bathroom and TV etc.

The location is good, with easy access to public transport and tourist destinations easily accessible by foot with a walk.

Breakfast is available at a nearby partner restaurant - they give you a voucher for 5 euro to spend there.

Dear guest, thank you from all our staff for taking the time to write your review. Our staff is always ready to help customers. Eurohotel is in the center of Milan in the Liberty district of Porta Venezia. The neighborhood is full of beautiful period buildings, but also restaurants and pubs open until late at night. So a very bright and safe neighborhood, even in the late evening. To then create a shelter against Coronavirus in Eurohotel, we then carried out many works and purchased new specific equipment: 1) The new reception, completely insulated with glass up to the ceiling. 2) The airport-type Thermoscanner, at the reception, to automatically measure the temperature of anyone entering or leaving the hotel 24 hours a day. So not just the first day when you arrive !!! 3) The ozone machines with which all rooms for arriving guests are sanitized. Until your next visit !!!

The hotel is conveniently located close to Porta Venezia metro station and within a 20 minute walk of most central locations. The room I had was rather small but enough for one night as it had all the amenities necessary. I was located on the first floor and could hear noise from down below. Asked in advance for an earlier check-in but this was not available. Pity, as a couple of hours would have made a huge difference. Staff were polite and professional.

Eurohotel is very nice, clean and chic rooms (if small and bare). The staff was helpful accommodating us with a late checkout. However, our room, 133, was separated from a kitchen restaurant by plexiglass. We heard plates and dishes being loudly washed until 2am! Sounds like this wasn’t the first time clients have complained. Avoid the above numbered rooms! The walls are a little thin but it’s not a place to do much more than sleep in your room. Great location surrounded by fun restaurants.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and can not recommend it. For a truck driver who wants an overnight stay it’s ok. But for families or couples this hotel is definitely not good. There is absolutely no pleasure in living in it. Gloomy interior, poor breakfast, overpriced for what you get.
The weird rule is that you must leave the room key at the front desk. Once the staff gave my room key to an elderly German lady, she was surprised no less than me when she entered my room.
The most unpleasant thing is that I left my money in the room when I left. I emailed to the hotel while I was boarding the plane, the staff confirmed that they had found my money. But I am not able to get my money back, the staff in every way evades giving me information about how I can get my money back. They offer to wait for a response from management. And now I’ve been waiting for a response from management for a year. I am curious what they'll tell me when I come to them personally on the next week.

Here is my story with this hotel. I booked a double room in the address show on google. When me and my boyfriend arrived the hotel, we were led to a completely different seperate building which is 300 metres far away from the hotel. When I showed my confirmation letter, hotel tried to claim I booked seperate building but I DID NOT. The guy in the reception came up with a solution and offered a tiny single room (attached) to us which was completely unacceptable. He said he will refund the money. I did not get any money back, neither I stayed in the hotel. I would not recommend anyone experiencing this. I am still trying to get a refund. Hotel was not helpful on this matter. There are much better options and metro goes nearly everywhere in Milan!

Staff took a long time to find my agoda reservation, got a room that looked vastly different from pictures, not in a good way. I stayed in July and it is very busy.
Expect to wait for check in, and breakfast can be crowded. Overall, staff was helpful. There is aircon but it can be loud if you are a quiet sleeper. Room is not soundproofed.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. I am not the best at walking due to a knee injury and this hotel is just within walking distance for me to the biggest sights and attractions. Friendly staff. Nice rooms, good bed, amazing shower, clean and pretty spacious eventhough we are staying in the classic double. Very happy with our booking here.

Stayed for 4 nights on a city break.
Wanted a central hotel, and this was perfect. The location in Porto Venizia is ideal. Firstly, in this district there are bars, shops, restaurants and all you need right on your doorstep and secondly it's close to the metro to get your going in any direction in minutes. (Duomo is 3/4 stops on the metro)
Next door the restaurant is excellent, especially the lasagne (all portions are large). Next door to that, the cafe (go here for the ginseng coffee) this is outstanding here.
The hotel is basic but very clean and pleasant. Staff are nice and accommodating. The room was basic but, was large, had a fridge, nice size bathroom and our window opened up to the front of the hotel and the view was our favourite thing about this hotel.
We skipped breakfast, so we don't know what this was like. Drinks are available in the lobby, and prices are fair.
Disappointed with the 'gym' as a fitness lover, this was not worth mentioning.. (skipped my session as it was so bad) more like a closet - no dumbells, 3 machines, nothing else.
I'd recommend this hotel for the area, the value, the convenience, and the location overall. I'm glad we decided to stay here in Milan.

Allora, broken chair, stained sheets, room wasn’t cleaned very well, hair in jacuzzi, TV wasn’t connecting to Bluetooth, heater to dry towels were not working, shower temperature button came off. Next day, we went for breakfast and it was the worst thing I’ve ever seen in my entire life. A breakfast in someone’s home would have been better. Not many options at all, for an Italian breakfast I expected much more. Pastries were dry and hard. Presentation was off and not to mention the breakfast staff didn’t welcome us nor speak to us at all, and one even ignored me when I said “buongiorno”.
We only stayed 1 night and I’m glad for that because I would not have wanted to stay any longer. We were in the room with the jacuzzi by the way, which is one of their top rooms.

Very good hotel location, spacious, comfortable rooms, and we were lucky to get a new fresh room. Our balcony and our room was nicely clean and fresh. All was good: location , clearness, comfort . We were missing water in the room . Just that little service would be great ! As well May be a tea or coffee as you can find in most of the hotels. I feel it was a great room for us that came first a girly friends weekend and I can recommend fully.

Dear skeen24, not all our classic triple rooms can accomodate 4 guests (3 adults and 1 11yo child). All the superior triple rooms can accomodate 4 guests. The 4th bed is always a rollaway bed. Best regards
