We spent one night with my girlfriend in June 2015 in Zefiro Hotel (it´s known as VIVA Milano now). It´s located a bit outside the center of Milan, but you can get there easily by tram or simply by taking a nice walk in the city. We had a double room on the 2nd floor. The room was spacious and...

We had very very bad experience with this hote. In theory is a 4* hotel, practically may be 2* Very small room and bed, breakfast very very poor Never again in this hotel We have booked for 3 nights and after the first we runa away, and they did not reimbursed us the city tax paid

I didn't have breakfast, so I can't speak to those reviews. However, the service was GREAT particularly for the amazing price. It is a bit from a metro and the furnishings are dated, but it was only a 16 euro taxi to the airport and the cost of the room can't be beat.

the hotel states it is 4 star but is not even 2 star - the staff is not very friendly - the rooms are not that great - the place is too tiny - better options available around the city in much better localities and closer to downtown.

I have just come back from Milan in Italy and I stayed at the Hotel Zefiro. It is certainly not 4 star as it states but more like 2 star. The breakfast was a joke. I went to have some scrambled eggs which were cold, when I mentioned this to the staff they told us we had to get there...

It is not at all a 4 stars hotel, even not a 2 stars. It was cheap..., but well, Holiday Inn Bicocca and Novotel Ca' Granda had the same price. I reserved it not for the price but for the fact that it was the only so-called 4 star near to my relatives house... No bellboys at the entrance, nobody...

I'll try to be as specific and to the point as possible. Do NOT book on this hotel unless all of the below are valid at the same time: - You are very drunk and happens to drop dead just outside of it. - You cannot find another hotel on a 100Km radius. - The rate per day is less...

The hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel and it was 2 at best. Seriously outdated decor but the rooms were comfortable. Close to Linate Airport, about a 9min drive which was a plus for us, as we were picking up family who were arrive late in the evening. Parking was advertised but it was only available on the...

I thought I booked a 4 star hotel but this was not even close. I there for a night on September 5. Very disappointed given the price I paid for a night, 105 Euros. This is not even close to a 4 star hotel. Didn't care much about how far from centre it is because I was only there for...

Fortunately we only had to stay there for one night but it is barely 2 stars in quality let alone 4 star. The room was a decent size but the decor was beyond depressing and the noise from the air conditioning unit underneath the window made sleep fairly difficult. The breakfast was as dreary as everything else. Do yourself a...

“Our two adjacent rooms were at the end of the hall on 4th floor (424, 425) - quiet enough as there was no disturbance by other occupants and high enough from the road not to hear any noise.”

“rooms at the back are quieter, do not expect A/C all the time, the hotel has total control. If in the restaurant, sit at the back (to the left if entering the from reception), there is excellant WiFi from an outside source ! the hotels own is rather slow and VPN's blocked so no office mail.”
