Klima Hotel Milano Fiere offers guests a clean and comfortable environment, with many guests complimenting the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. While the atmosphere is deemed classic, perhaps with a touch of kitsch, some suggest that more musical entertainment could boost the ambiance. The service receives positive remarks for the staff's friendliness, though there are occasional notes of service lapses. Travelers often appreciate the comfortable beds and excellent breakfast; however, the hotel's location is frequently criticized for being distant from the city center, leading to increased transportation costs.

Pros: Quick check in, digital do not disturb button in the room, heating and hot water worked really well. LCD TV with hdmi port, bar reasonably priced

Cons: The location is far but I was aware before booking. Free shuttle bus no longer exists according to staff at reception, taxis cost alot to and from the closest station. Cleaners in the morning are very loud shouting and banging doors making it impossible to sleep in.

Clean and friendly hotel. Staff were lovely particularly in the bar/restaurant. Breakfast was as expected, had dinner on the first night was really nice but quite pricey compared to the other meals we had in the centre after.
Hotel room was blitzed once a day and was clean and topped up with water from the mini fridge once a day also.
Check out was anytime before 12 which was better than most hotels we stayed in.
We had an expectation of the spa when we had booked it as the lady said there was a thermal bath… basically 3 steam rooms. we didn’t use it in the end and they gave us the refund.
The location of the hotel isn’t great if u want to explore the city, we spent a fortune on Ubers as the taxis go up in fare by the minute. We found getting the Ubers the easiest way to travel otherwise it would take u over an hour to even get into the city and lots of faffing with busses/trams ect. The Ubers can take you to the train station which we found more beneficial as it kept the cost down and gave us the opportunity to travel the centre.
Overall the hotel was lovely and could not fault only thing that let the experience down was the location for us.

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful stay in Milan, and this hotel gave us a really comfortable experience for our first time together in Italy and our second holiday as a couple. The bed was comfortable and slept soundly, the shower was easy to use and the bathroom spacious; ideal for a girl who likes to do her make-up! The complimentary slippers and toileteries provided are the icing on the cake. Kettle in the room was handy and both Breakfast tea and Earl Grey provided, good for Britons from all social classes! Plus instant coffee sachets too. We didn't need help from the staff with one minor exception, however they were all lovely and spoke excellent English and resolved everything with no difficulties at all. The hotel is a trek from Milano Centrale and we used the Metro to get to the city centre, with a stop kust a 10 min walk away from the hotel. Our room was clean, spacious and the TV had news channels available in several languages, which is convenient to have access to the BBC World News. Our first time in Italy won't be out last and we loved our experience in Milano and will hopefully one day return to Italy in the future. Was a €30 city tax to be paid upon checking out but this is standard in continental Europe.

This hotel is in the middle of no where. Cabs cost around €30-€40 from the hotel to Milan. Anywhere you wanted to go you needed to pay for a cab. There is no resturants, clubs, bars or activities to around this place.

The staff wasn't helpful at all. My friend and I asked where the nearest supermarket was as we only booked the room and their response was "15 min walk there is a lidle" which we replied "which way?" And their helpful response was "you will find it" then walked away. We asked bar staff for a cocktail and they sighed and said "no there is too much to clean up for that". They told us the spa was €13 per room to use the spa then when we was leaving they charged us €30. Whenever we asked a question they sighed and wasn't interested.

This isn't a spa hotel! There is no hot tub or pool or jacuzzi. It's in a small room with a sauna, steam room, a misty shower and a room with 2 lounge chairs. Everything at this hotel is an extra charge.

Their was 2/3 broken lifts which was a pain as we couldn't find the stairs. In the room you get tea and coffee but no milk, mug or spoon. The telly didn't work. Our view was rubbish just a view of burnt or knocked down buildings. Breakfast was definitely over priced. €15 for toast and pastries.

When we was checking out we had extra charges that we wasn't told and the staff was getting in my friends face and laughing. They was so rude and not helpful one bit. Staying here ruined our experience.

The only reason this place got 1 star was because it was clean and the room was spacious.

Beware when showering, the sewage piping in the hotel room needs upgrading! My room had extremely poor drainage; it flooded the floor until the main corridor, and wouldn’t stop flowing. When the housekeeping staff came, both persons were rude, highly defensive and continually pinned the problem on us. We finally got our room changed by a burly man with glasses at the front desk. However, he was equally insensitive and unapologetic for our inconvenience and he had a take-it-or-leave attitude. Highly disappointed in the treatment of guests by the staff. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, as the service here is a far cry from other hotels nearby this area.

I really don't understand the bad reviews. The staff were lovely, especially the young gentleman behind the desk , who couldn't do enough for us, from booking taxis, directing us to the best train station to go to lake Como and storing our luggage.

We originally arrived at 11.3o and check in wasn't till 14.00 but we ordered a few drinks at the bar and the seats were really comfy, while we waiting for our room to get ready- the cocktails were lovely by the way and the bar staff really friendly and chatty.

We stayed in a suite room and this was originally advertised as one double bed and a sofa bed, but was actually two sofa beds and the largest , and one if the most comfy double beds , I've stayed in. Me and my friend shared it and slept like babies, while my other friend had a room to herself and the two sofa beds she could push together to make a double. The shower was big, hot and glorious and as someone who always manages to get water everywhere, it didn't leak. Towels and toiletries provided were decent . We didn't get milk with our coffee but could have asked for some and the hotel would have provided more , as they did with toilet roll the first night, but we didn't have time as wanted to venture out.

I've stayed at quite a few hotels in Italy and the breakfast was one of the best I've had. If you're expecting traditional English breakfast then you may be disappointed but we are in Italy and it's mostly continental wherever you go. They do provide some bacon and scrambled eggs, along with mini Frankfurters which I loved and fresh fruit, yogurt and delicious mini lemon muffins. We also noticed there were some items such as omelette and smoked salmon, you could pay around an extra ten euros for and they'd be made to order. The coffee machine at breakfast is a little stingy but if you press cappauchio twice, you get a full cup!

There are some basic off license shops not far from the hotel (around 20 min walk) for water, etc but we got taxis into Milan which worked around between 30-35 euros total one way, which we split between the three of us. This could get quite costly but we didn't want to worry about trains/,trams late at night. The location is the only drawback being a distance from Milan but it would cost a lot more to stay in the centre and couldn't fault the hotel. The review about broken glass/ feeling unsafe worried us but we had no reason to be considered. Great staff, lovely food and nice facilities. Grazie for an amazing stay.

Hotel staff were professional and helpful with any questions. Our room was clean and tidy and I slept well for the three nights that I stayed.
The gym had some good cardio equipment, but felt the resistance machine had seen better days. Stuck to bodyweight exercises in the end.
There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the restaurant serves top quality food in the evening, with a high standard of service.
Although the hotel is located a good way from Milan's center there is a bus stop nearby, but we walked about 20min to a train station every day. You can get a ticket for 2 euros that you can use on any train, bus or tram for 90mins so it is easy to travel about.

My family enjoy the stay in this hotel because of the clean and comfortable room and bed. The location is not very near to city centre however no issue with transport to go to the city centre.
The hotel breakfast was specially arranged for our group because we have to leave at 6am to go to the airport.

The hotel was disappointing, I paid for a double room and got two separate beds, one of which was broken, dipped in the middle and was very uncomfy. No hangers or iron in the room. We booked the spa for an hour on Tuesday for Friday morning and when we went to go in the spa they told us we couldn’t go in as something wasn’t working, we had no notice at all for it. Asked them to book us a taxi to the city centre which cost €40 when the past few days it had cost us €20 at most.

This hotel is beautiful, clean and the food is okay, not much options for vegetarians. Our room was a really good size bathrooms were clean however the hotel itself is far away from the city centre, either an hour on the bus/metro or a €35-45 euro taxi. There is no shops around and minimal restaurants. The staff at the hotel were wonderful and friendly. One thing I would say is beware of the city tax as they only tell you at check out but it’s €5 per person per night. Wouldn’t stay again due to distance however was a lovely hotel
