The hotel itself is lovely from the lobby to the bar and the rooms. Upon arrival I was greeted by kind man on reception and my luggage was taken to my room by the concierge service. My room was on the fourth floor with a large room, tv, minibar and lovely bathroom with bath and shower. The room was spotless...

I have seen some fairly dubious reports from previous travellers, however on the whole we found this hotel to be good value for money. Our room 224, was comfortable and clean with good beds. The breakfast was adequate with a reasonable range of foods that should cover most peoples wishes. The staff on the front desk were always helpful and...

We stayed here for four nights in one of the family style rooms. It included a bedroom plus living room with a sofa bed. We thought it to be comfortable. We liked the central location with all of the eateries and clothing stores in the vicinity. The underground was very close and convenient to get to. We would stay here...

We were first given room 444 but the moment we walked in it smelt like someone had just had 20 fags in one go in there so we were moved to room 443. Staff couldnt understand why it would have smelt so bad... Good location rooms were average but could do with improving and some minor decor improvements. The rooms...

We stayed here for five nights last week, absolutely wonderful, excellent location and extremely helpful staff. We stayed in room 658 which was at the back of the hotel and consisted of a kitchen area lounge, large bedroom and bathroom, simply super.

We were very lucky and were up graded to one of the apartments that are next to and connected to the main hotel, so my review might be a little skewed. The apartment was fantastic, really nicely done out, although a little dated. It was a nice treat to start or trip, the bed i think must have been a...

This is a simple hotel that is fine for a stay in Milan. Walking distance to the canal area and a metro station next to it. The wifi is reliable throughout the building, there are 3 lifts and breakfast was simple but adequate with fruit, cold meats and cheese, yoghurt etc. The building is a bit dated/retro/ but it was...

So the pros of this hotel is only the location. The hotel itself is ready for demolition, it is that old! The room decor looked like I've travelled back to the 80's (need I say more). The breakfast selection is as bland as the staff who doesn't greet nor smile. Oh, I forgot, I'm in Italy, wonderful country, pity about...

Dear Mr. Andrelian2016, We are sorry for your bad experience even if we do not agree at all with your review. It looks very clear that you do not like Italian people and Italian service... We ask ourselves why did you decide to visit Italy... We respect all opinions, but not racist reviews. You can prefer "modern hotels", "design hotels"...

It is about 15 minutes walk to Il Duomo and in many ways a good hotel. The rooms are maybe a little bit old fashioned but the beds and space OK. If you like sweet cakes for breakfast this is the place for you, not so much of healthy stuff. The service in the restaurant and reception is with a...

Nice room - well insulated from main street traffic outside. Good location close to a Metro station and a number of tram lines passing outside, Large room with good large king side bed and well furnished with all required amenities. Breakfast - which was included - was basic and good. Receptionist helpful in finding some good restaurant alternatives and we...
