It's an "old style" hotel, close to the city center (approx 10min by car from the main train station).
People are typical Milanese guys. Just enough nice, but don't go that extra mile to satisfy the customers. Reception in efficient, but not smiley.
Stayed couple of times for couple of days. The service is consistent. Specially Mario at the reception is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Politecnico di Milano, as it is within walking distance.
