Unwelcome surprise: 10 e were added to the bill on checkout... for bed linen, which was presented as if it had been optional... at least they should tell so in checkin. Noisy in the morning since the breakfast room is next to the rooms on the first floor. Wifi is free and good. Cleanliness ok.

Nice location, picturesque area. Room was... let's say ok. It could be a bit tidier. Air conditioning could work better. Breakfasts were really basic. We stayed during the facade renovation so there was no problem to enter our room through scaffolding. I was surprised that hosts seemed not to be kind to guests. Maybe they had some bad days.

This hotel is poor, in terms of all facilities and the customer services offered. We had a family room for 4 adults and luckily only there for a night stay. The external facade of the building was in renovation when we got there. The air cond was only working when the outside temperature was above 20 degree at night. We... More

The internet doens't works and is expensive, and staff person is not friendly. There is a reform above of hotel, which cause very much noise inside bedroom. The price is good, and location is near of Dateo station ("S" public transportation).

The biggest asset of this hotel is the staff (Nicola, his brother and the others) as well as its location- every essential must see feature in Milan is just a walk away. Breakfast is also satisfying as Nicola really took great care of us. If you are going to Milan, look no further!

This is a well-located hotel but I don't recommend it at all. Although they offer a buffet for breakfast, you can only have a drink and croissant, if you want more food you have to pay 5 extra euros per person. Guest have to pay for wifi. If you want them to store your luggage the day of your arrival... More

Ended up here after ringing around Milan hotels late one night looking for a bed. Good location, straight tram service into Centrale Station (#9). Not a bad part of town. The front sign was broken which didn't look good but inside it was clean and comfortable. I moved rooms because they only had a triple the first night but both... More

Only Location si great! The rooms are small! The toilet is small. Staff uninterested. Breakfast below average. Internet is charged, the location is excellent and nothing more. If you stay up to 2 days, this is OK. The hotel hasn't parking, which is the website displayed. Public garage is at 900 m from the hotel, pay 6 € for 24... More
