Hotel in a good position for subway to the centre, approximately 15 minutes. First impression not much late at night but after a few days it was good. Rooms of a good size, ours was a little dark, bed comfortable, bedding and towels changed everyday, modern bathroom a good size and the shower was very good, instant hot water. Plenty...

I chose this hotel to visit Expo 2015. Although next to line M1 Wagner station, it's easier if you walk 5 mins to Buonarroti to get a direct train to Expo in 10 stops. The metro splits into 2 lines and you'll have to change if you get on at Wagner. If only heading into the city, board at Wagner,...

I stayed one night at Nuovo Margehera following the Italian Grand Prix. The hotel was well positioned right next to Wagner metro station which is just a few stops for the centre of Milan, on the same line as the cathedral. The hotel is fairly basic but the room gave me everything I needed and the bed was comfortable enough....

I had stayed there for 3 nights back in 2008,and given that good experience,i picked it up again for a two-night stay. The hotel has gone down the way on terms of quality. The breakfast is very poor. The only pro is the impeccable location(next to metro and tram station, next to several restaurants and bars). The hotel staff was very polite.

Stayed with my wife for a few nights to visit Milan and Expo. Hotel well located very close to Wagner underground station, with a good choice of restaurants coffee shops and ice cream parlours within a few minutes’ walk. Wi-fi was free, get a log-on password ticket from reception, very fast speed, but connection was patchy in the room. Booked...

Due to a computer website glitch, two bookings were made in our name. Even though this hotel was given FOUR months notice of this error, we were forced to pay double the price. Very disappointing and totally inflexible by this hotel. Be careful with your bookings!

The reception staff of which I met several over our two night stay were all extremely helpful and friendly as opposed to the breakfast waitress who never smiled once and did things grudgingly. I'm afraid that the uniforms worn by waitresses and cleaners made them look as if they were prisoners or hospital orderlies. Not attractive at all. I think...

The best thing about this hotel is it's location. Its located just a couple of meters from one of the major subway rails. In the area around the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and Gelaterias. The rooms are nice and cozy, but they are quite noisy. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was a little upsetting, definitely not...

We had a very pleasant stay just for a 2 night transit of Milan. The location - just opposite Wagner metro was most convenient. Also easy to get to Duomo either by metro or tram. Good restaurant/bars close by & the best Gelato ever!!! Hotel is old world charm, but not shabby. Good bathroom & breakfast + free unlimited internet...

We stayed 1 night at Hotel Nuova Marghera before our return flight home. The price is very reasonable for Milan. I reserved a superior room after reading reviews about the standard rooms. Our room was large and clean. It was on the top floor and faced the interior courtyard, so street/metro noise was not a problem. We had dinner at...
