Nestled 6kms outside Asti this place to me is rural paradise - if you like the farmhouse B & B scene this is for you Room was spacious and clean - great shower - host were so accommodating and could not do enough - lovely breakfast - you can’t help but relax here

Hi recommendation for a pleasure stay in a middle of the countryside without renounce to enjoy Asti city just 8 min driving from this place! Horses , Chicken Cats and a wonderful farm. Breakfast very traditional with several cakes and nice atmosphere. Not less they produce wine! Let’s enjoy

Our second visit to this wonderful family run B&B. We had to extend our visit and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating with us and our dog! if you love animals this is the place to stay.Such a friendly welcome and departure. Definitely intend to return.

I stayed here with my husband and 3 teenage kids. The photos I saw don’t do it justice, it’s even more idyllic in person. Davide & Chiara were amazing and so genuinely nice. We ate there the first night and would highly recommend it, Davide was constantly going in and out to the garden gathering fresh herbs and veg! Even though my kids aren’t exactly young they spent ages just walking around looking at the animals and playing table tennis. It was so easy to sit back and relax with the beautiful Cortese from the region served by Davide. The pool isn’t huge but it’s clean and refreshing and very private. I was pleasantly surprised by Asti, a little medieval town that has some lovely restaurants. We ate in L’Intingolo and honestly it was the best focaccia we have ever had. I would recommend La Crota whole heartedly and we hope to get back there in the future. …

This B&B is located in a huge farmhouse very close to Asti. It is near the highway and easy to find. Sister and brother (Chiara and Davide) run the B&B and speak and write enough English to make communication easy. They were gracious hosts and were keen to make us as comfortable as possible. Their large kitchen was available to us at all times. We kept food in their refrigerator and prepared dinner in the kitchen on one of the three nights of our stay. Chiara provided excellent information about the area attractions and restaurants. I knew there was a washing machine available on the property and to my surprise their mom - Mirella - washed my laundry and Chiara hung it on the drying rack. So kind and thoughtful! As others have written, the rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom also is quite large and they provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The photos at this site accurately depict the rooms as well as the FANTASTIC breakfast that is offered daily. Chiara bakes all the cakes using fresh eggs from the farm. Overall, I have to say this was one of my favorite accommodations. If we ever have a chance to return to Asti, we definitely will stay at La Crota again. Grazie per tutti!…

Stayed two nights. The property seemed like a rich farm house. Very friendly staff, the fridge was full ... Got a nice room, all the toiletries were also included. Parking is on site, secured The only thing that could have been better was the mattress, in my opinion it should be renewed.
