We had an enjoyable stay in the middle of Turin. The hotel was warm and welcoming, the service was excellent. We stayed in a deluxe room. The breakfast was an amazing. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to visit the spa - maybe next time!!! We would definitely return.

We wanted something special to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and this place was perfect. Downstairs is very smart with a small cosy fire place and bar. Thebreakfast room is light and airy and the buffet was amazing:cakes, baked apple and isual cooked or continental. We had a deluxe room which was stylish with ensuite bath area. Free mini bar and touches like own bath robes.

Visited for a 3 night stay between 19th January and 22nd January. We arrived at 10:30am a few hours before the usual check in of 3pm, this wasn’t a problem and we were given a complimentary coffee while we waited 15 minutes for our room to be ready. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and a reasonable size. Breakfast was a plenty and of good quality with a wide selection of different food types to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. We used the spa facilities and these were outstanding with a pool, two jacuzzi, two steam rooms and a sauna as well as having complimentary fruit and drinks. The service throughout our stay was helpful and friendly and prices were fair if not cheap for what the hotel has to offer if you are in Turin for business or pleasure this is your place to stay. …

My husband and I stayed just two nights at the Victoria and when we left, it was a wrench as we had become very fond of it in that short time. Location is fantastic as it is a 10-minute walk from Porta Nuova Station, 2 minutes from Piazza San Carlo e less than 10 minutes from Piazza del Castello. Great staff, amazing breakfast and the spa was a wonderful surprise - it has a lovely atmosphere and a great choice of facilities. We had a spacious room (it was more than a Standard one but I can't recall which class it was). Of course some people might find the decor a little chintzy, but that's the style and we like it. Plus, the room was extremely clean - you could feel it as well as see it. Plenty of lovely little touches such as free (non-alcoholic) drinks in the minibar and a basket of apples in reception to which you could help yourself. The only negative is the bar - the prices are way out of kilter. 16 euros for a cocktail is just too much. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints. We loved it, and want to return to Turin just so we can stay there again. …

The Victoria hotel in Turin is home away from home. A lovely old establishment with a wonderful ambiance. The swimming-pool and the spa are the jewels in the crown, the breakfast is rich and delicious and the rooms are nice and fair, though not spacious enough. The front desk can be friendlier....

yes, air conditioned works in all the hotel and you could control it in your room. Regards
The parking is only for 4 cars, so you need to book in advance. BUT please advise the hotel what car you have becuase the entance to the garage and the 4 spaces below might be tight for a family van or large vehicle.
