Although I chose a superior room I found it really ugly and depressing. I was told that superior rooms had been renovated, but mine seemed to be renovated in the sixsties. The room was also noisy as it faced the main street Corso Vittorio Emanuele. I would not reccomend to go there.

Arrived at the lovely reception to be told they didn't have a triple room for us, instead they gave us 2 fab adjoining rooms, each with 2 queen size beds - so amongst 3 of us we had 4 beds. At no extra cost!! Very clean, usual type of bed linen and clean modern bathroom. The hotel is situated on... More

After traveling 15 days in Italy and experimenting with 4 hotel accommodations in four cities along the way, our stay at the Jolly was certainly not Jolly. The hotel masquerades as a 4 stars hotel, which believe me its not (3 at best). The rooms (at least ours which was on the 4th floor) are straight from Stanley Kurbrick's Clock... More

I have just returned from a very enjoyable stay over Easter at the Jolly Hotel Ambasciatori. The hotel is conveniently located on the Corso Vittorio Emannualle II, however be warned that this road is very long. A lot of hotels are situated on this road especially near Porta Nuova station (where the airport bus stops), but this one is not.... More

Stayed here for two nights in October 2004, made last-minute vacation changes. Got a good rate from expedia, around $100 per night for a double. The hotel service was very good. City underground parking lot a short walk from the hotel. The hotel is a fairly short walk to the sights/station. It was also clean. However, the decor in our... More

THis hotel is excellent. I stayed there for two weeks, so I had the option of leaving, but did not. I read many reviews before I left and was pleasantly surprised when I got there. This hotel is rated much lower than it should be. I felt the waitstaff and hotel front desk was very friendly and helpful. The front... More

I tried to have high hopes for the Jolly, even after the rude comment from the Front Desk Clerk about how terrible my Italian was (at least I was trying). The restaurant was good, so I thought I probably would stay there again. UNTIL....I tried to go to bed. The pillows were like sandbags and the bed was a slate... More
