The staff: very helpful. For me, they helped me sort out WiFi issues as I needed it for my work. They also offered help with Italian, and even ordered us pizza as we couldn't speak Italian. They were friendly. Rooms: they were very clean, this was one of the top points. The beds were comfy but the pillows were a...

We were a little worried when our taxi delivered us to this hotel - the taxi driver warned my boyfriend not to let me go outside the hotel at night on my own as it wasn't safe! It's dingey from the outside and not a heck of a lot better inside... plus the elevators were so small we had to...

Lovely hotel with modern rooms. 24 hour desk, very nice breakfast, helpful staff. Quiet area thirty minutes or so on foot from train station (right on a tram line, but I always walked). Would definitely encourage people to stay here.

The hotel is pleasant enough and the rooms are clean and decent. Not the best area but the location is actually great if you want to visit the balon market which starts a minute walk from the hotel. It was a little walk to the center (15 minutes) but you have loads to see on the way...when you are in...

First - Bad location. The hotel located in a very bad and shady area. It is like 30 minutes walk to the downtown Turin (the nice area). Second - Freaking Air Conditioning. The first day, I asked for the AC and they said they are not turning AC because it is still cold outside. No choice, I opened the window...

The service was very fast and efficient. The rooms were clean. The location was near enough to the center of town. he breakfast had a wide variety of fruit, bread and cereals There were people outside on the street who never slept and made noise throughout the night. Do not get a room adjacent to the street.

Had to book this one quite spontanious and was very happy to find that spot. Its situated an a small river. From the outside not charming at all, such as the lobby. But the room I came in on the 6th floor was amazing. Had 2 balconies. One went from the bathroom. So you can sit on the toilet and...

The hotel is really great and clean, only 15 minutes walking to the Duomo. The staff is really friendly and professional but it's missing a restaurant in there and the bar seems a little poor. You can take smoke rooms and non smoke rooms. Wifi is not free and don't work on the rooms. Secure garage under the hotel with...

I really dont understand how this hotel has an average of 4/5. My guess is the hotel staff are leaving themselves reviews. For starters, the location is not good at all. With many reasonably priced hotels right in the centre, this was outside the centre and involved a long walk or a tram or bus ride to get into the...

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Hotel Alexandra over the Easter break (April 6th-9th 2012) and it was very good. Our room was clean and a decent size and had all the usual amenities (desk, tv, fridge, safe). The reception staff were helpful and ready with a map to direct us get to the tourist spots. The hotel itself...
