We made a last minute booking to stay for one night and the check in was an unpleasant start to our stay. On walking in the staff were unwelcoming. There was a mistake in the booking and on asking to for a twin rather than a double room the check-in staff were rude. The room was nothing special.

We stayed here overnight en route to Paris. The hotel is modern, light and clean inside an older facade. It has a very pleasant terrace within the body of the building.Nice touches such as complimentary bottled water, a nail brush and double showers! Very spacious rooms. Pleasant and helpful staff. Recommended.

We came here for a one-night stay to see a concert in town. The hotel suited our needs perfectly with its central location and the nice, spacious rooms. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Overall we had a pleasant stay here.

Ideal. Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to get around and in the heart of the city. Plenty to see and do, plus the area is very pedestrianised so your not avoiding cars unlike other Italian cities.

This hotel was not only lovely and very affordable, it was a perfect location. The staff was immensely accommodating, eager to assist and spoke very good English, which was very helpful to this non-Italian speaking American. The staff assisted with everything from mailing my postcard to making dinner reservations. The room was spacious, very clean and provided a beautiful view...

Old, Central Turin is stunning in a way that is different from the more familiar big city stops in Italy. The buildings are attractive and the open space has been maintained. This boutique hotel had the perfect location for the time we had and the things we wanted to see. I liked everything about it: Staff, location, room, breakfast area.
