Loved this hotel. It's very quaint, near train and old town. It's also near the funicular. The staff are very nice even gave some Christmas gift. Loved the breakfast setting, very nice decors, and cute food preparations.

We were at this hotel for one night, on a biking trip! We were given a room on the 5th floor, while elevators stop on the 4th! Had to carry the luggage to last floor! Don't think the hotel was full at this time of year! They could have put us in another room! Room had no windows, no views...

The Regina A is close by the railroad station but its modern design ensures the rooms are quite quiet. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are spartan but quite clean and serviceable. The wifi is excellent. We were quite happy with our stay.

The staff is very helpful, the rooms are small-but you're there to sleep-the breakfast was plentiful-I liked the chocolate cakes as an addition to the morning meal-the bar is quiet and they are always willing to open it for something at any time, and they have deals with at least three restaurants in town with very good food. We picked...

Parking- the desk clerk really did not seem to want to share the information about available parking. Their lot was full.. My van was too tall for the city lot. The only option left according to the clerk was the "green zone" that requires a permit, but was totally full. Her next option was 50 euros per night.. When ask...

I was en route to Rome from Munich and had set my sights on an overnight sleeper car that I would board in Bolzano. This was not to be the case, thought, since, unbeknownst to me and the Deutsche Bahn representative from whom I bought the ticket, there was a strike that cancelled any overnight trains. Of course, I had...

One of the advantages to this hotel is that it is literally right across the street from the Bolzano train station. Finding this property was very easy. Upon checkin we were asked to give the front desk our passports and go upstairs to unpack. We felt extremely uncomfortable leaving our passports with the front desk so we asked if we...

We stayed 3 nights at Regina and the stay was very nice and comfortable. Rooms are clean and spacious (and quiet), the staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very nice and has a varied selection to choose from. The location is across the street from the main train station and only a 5 min walk to the town...

My wife and I spent several nights here and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The only glitch was the WiFi which only worked about 30 seconds. If you need WiFi you will have to make other arrangements, but we were able to do that by...
