We stayed in Hotel Bouton d'Or for four nights in March 2017 so we could get in a long weekend of skiing before the season ended. There are several things that make this hotel a great base for a weekend of skiing: - Service - the hotel is family run and the owners cannot do enough for you. The owners...

What a friendly experience. All the best to the lovely couple running the Hotel Bouton d'Or. Breakfast something extra but what really stays in my mind is an absolute genuine welcoming and caring for the guests.

Just returned from a long weekend skiing and stayed here with a group of 7 other lads on our annual ski trip. Couldn't fault the hotel. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and offered a helpful shuttle bus on request to the ski lifts. Rooms are cosy and always kept clean to a high standard. There is...

Our family of 4 visited Courmayeur for four nights and we couldn't have been happier with our hotel selection. Charming and full of character the family suite on the top floor was perfect for us - offering a downstairs master bedroom and upstairs bunk room for the kids. The view from the bed of Monte Bianco was priceless! Location was...

This hotel boasts incredibly welcoming staff, particularly the owners, and has a cosy rustic atmosphere complimented by characterful rooms which are comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is excellent, being a short walk to the picturesque town centre, lovely restaurants and the Dolonne gondola although a minibus service is also available which will even ferry you back and forth upon...

A weekend in Courmayeur never disappoints, and this one was particularly enjoyable courtesy of the delights of the Bouton d'Or. This hotel does the basics really well- the beds are magnificent, the breakfast selection offers multiple ways of fuelling up for a day on the mountain, but most of all the owner and his wife are absolutely charming. Magnifico.

The hotel is quiet and very well run. It works on a B&B service and does have a bar for drinks in the evening. It is less than a 5 minute walk into the main pedestrian area where there are many restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and the owners very friendly and keen to help you...

Many larger hotels could learn a lot from the hospitality shown in this great little hotel. Perfectly situated for access to town for shopping and restaurants and with free on demand shuttle service to the ski lifts is the morning and late afternoon you couldn't really ask for more from a 3 star hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, exceptionally...

We stayed at this hotel for a week and we loved it! The room for 3 people had the best view over the mountains. Great that you could adjust the heat by your self, when your clothes were wet. Very clean room and new towels every day. The bed was too short for me, but I managed. The breakfast was...

We stayed here as part of a skiing package - 2nd time to Courmayeur. Hotel was really convenient for town and close to ski lift up to slopes. Very obliging shuttle hotel to ski lifts service - you phone they come - no hanging around tired and cold. The hotel is warm, very clean and comfortable. The owners and staff...
